the problem with that is if you have no backing and its floating off the floor what are you suppose to attach to?

acutally cardboard for the main section ducttaped together and then used blue tape over that because i had a ton left over from some painting around the house. I made the actual subwoofer holer out of mdf. its actually really easy just make sure you match the sides together. Ive also seen people use chickenwire, foam, tape alone etc etc. Just make sure if you use foam to cover it well fiberglass will melt it.

i dont think ill go undercarrage lights but i am going to go either led or neon inside

it weighs about 7lbs (guessing) minus sub box, sub, and amp. It is super easy to remove for now once it goes in for good the sub and outter weather stripping ill hide the mounting points same with the rear hatch latch point

lol ill put a little motor inder the passanger seat so they feel it vibrate. not going to run a rear defogger or antena might do a hidden amplified one as far as the leds ya ill run those if i run any didnt remember they made those lol thanks guys

not sure if this is where this should go feel free to move it Im going to make a custom center consoleand need to know what switches do you all think I need. Im thinking start, ign, fuel pump, fogs, neons inside, inside dome light anything else that you can think of. Im not going to run undercar lights I dont think, might but yea I could tie them into the neons inside they would be only show anyway. I appreciate any input. I am going to be using the car for shows and 1/4 mile runs weekend warrior

Well here is the start yet again changed a little..... but I love the way its coming together. Its going to be one peice and will wrap the roll bar. The sub in the center will be molded it and then the amp will be recessed in the bottem flat area. Im stoaked to do more fiberglass work.... yea not so much.

want to talk about getting sick of a car ive owned my first zx for almost 2 years never drove it needs to much help my new zx again have never drove and already have way to much money into cage, tranny, radiator, goodies etc etc its worth it though i do agree just when it comes to mind to sell it go sit in it you wont be able to after that
