  1. I Love the ZR1, but watch this video, and towards the end look at the rear panel. WTF? Unsuported urethane? Why do that when the rest is sporting carbon fiber? I guess to save a couple of bucks on a six figure car.
  2. Two of my favorite cars, both are pretty impressive to say the least.
  3. Well the XD for the price is verry accurate, at least mine is. I run a 2" group at 25 yards with it. I have a 1911 that I love and I shoot sub 1" groups with it at 25 yards. 1911's are my favorite pistol, and didn't mention them earlier because he seemed more interested in the polimer framed ones. I have over $2000 in my 1911, and $450 in the XD.
  4. I think most 40 cal's can switch over to 357 sig with a barrel change. I know the XD can.
  5. I have a Springfield XD40, and has yet to jamb on me with 5000+ rounds through it! It is a great gun, light, and accurate. When I bought it, I shot most of the 40's available at the time, and liked it the best.http://www.springfield-armory.com/xd.php
  6. WOW, those are some big numbers! Congrats!
  7. I know that my slot mags don't use standard tapered lug nuts. They use ones that go into the lug bore on the wheel, and have a flat washer that the nut tightens to on the mag face.
  8. Mine doesn't even run. Wished I had some of your problems. Keep the Z and get something else to daily drive.
  9. I agree. Taller in the rear, and ending at that line. Myabe even put a raised edge like you have on the hood vent.
  10. Too bad you don't live closer to me, I'd be willing to help. I'm sure someone will help ya though. If not you could rent a pickup from hetz or somewhere for a few hours. Probably wouldn't cost too much???
  11. If it is flaking, you can get alot of it off with a good pressure washer, and the stubborn parts try the laquer thinner on a rag.
  12. 3M tint is the only tint I will have on my vehicles. I don't think you can buy it over the counter though. I have my glass and tint guy do all my vehicles. The 3M tint has a lifetime warranty, and the tint on my truck is 20% and looks the same as the day it was tinted 6 years ago.
  13. I've used Devcon on a snowmobile cylinder where a gringer got a little bit out of control and I accidentally got into the water jacket. It worked great, and I was able to blend it smooth once it cured. It has worked great for 5+ years so far. It was in an exhaust port on a 165 horsepower twin cylinder two stroke, and I get over 200 horse while on the nitrous.
  14. The cheapest would be lowering springs, but if you are handy you could put some Ground control coilovers for under a grand with new struts.
  15. Amsoil always has a third party test their oils against other competitors oils. They also have awesome oil, and air filters, that are also tested against the other brands. You can find the info on their website.
  16. I run Amsoil in all my vehicles, and even the lanwmower, weed wacker, snowmobiles, and bikes.
  17. Those are awesome! Now get them on the car with some rubber, and post some more pics.
  18. Yep, probably the linkage. My dad had an old dodge van with 3 on the tree, and if you didn't downshift in order it would lock up, and you would have to crawl under and wiggle and mess with the linkage untill it was freed up. By going in order, I meen you couldnt go from 3rd to first, you would have to go, 3,2,1.
  19. That was awesome! Those trials guys are awesome to watch!
  20. You would be better off running the 4 channel amp to the front and rear speakers, and getting another mono amp for the sub.
  21. Wow! $4.50 is a great deal. Around here it is between $5.00 and $10.00 per pound to have it filled depending where you go. I can fill my 3 pound bottle for my snowmobile without a pump. I just put the bottle in the freezer for a couple of hours, then hook up to the big one, turn on the valve, and the cold bottle sucks it in. The first 2-2.5 pounds fills pretty quick, but the last half pound or so goes pretty slow.
  22. Probably a 56 pounder. It is totaly legal to have nitrous+, as it has a little bit of sulfer dioxide in it for motorsport use. You can't huff this stuff, or you will get verry sick. You can't buy the medical grade stuff unless you are a dentist or doctor.
