  1. I hate having to refill a water bottle. Plus, I don't have much more space to put more stuff.
  2. I run L26 with P79 head, 12-14psi (some time more) and it hasn't fall apart yet. Almost a year old one.
  3. I agree. I hate loosing a hose on the interstate Or running your best 1/8mi then the hose pop off when you shift 3rd :malebitchslap:
  4. Advanti Racing (ADR, not ADR design though) Venom is I think what its called. 17x 7.
  5. This is the kind that I use on my car I've been stealing image all day
  6. Image from Road racing Engineering
  7. I have to use T-bolt clamps to keep my straight cut pipes and silicons.
  8. yes, and it's more semsitive to air leak.
  9. wideband and dyno, only way to find out for sure
  10. 24 is about where my initial is set too. At 20 deg, it would stumble like crazy and th epower never really climb on the dyno.
  11. Sti got an adjustable center diff
  12. I still trap more than Sti I just hope I don't run into one from a dead stop.
  13. the cylinder pressure increase as the cam advance right? would it not become more detonation prone? I like leaving the cam straight up because I don't want any bad side effect. like the exhaust valves opening too early or too late. SOHC is a double edge sword.
  14. I blew my first one in 5-6 month. Now I've learned the lesson and my 2nd turbo is still running. 6 month plus.
  15. Well, not exactly a restriction but you know the goose neck IC inlet. it suppse to have some positive effect on how the air gets take into the intercooler. Like the one on HKS IC.
  16. Retriction before the IC could be a good thing. I mean, slower you can transfer the air through the IC, more it has time to cool 8)
  17. RRE is a good company. Nice choice Z-gad.
  18. Thanks. It was a good place me to put it because the relay box fits right under the console. Good bliss double sided tape.
  19. Doesn't a stock turbo hit too hard when you nail the gas on the autocross? I had problem keeping the wheels from spinning with T3. stage III can goes in boost alot less agressive. More controlable IMO. Super-S or H trim my be nice. I would not hesitate to go stage III even for an autocross car. It's about biggest I would go on a street car though.
  20. Nice. I can't imagine 3 inch pipes. I got 2 inch
  21. I think KA's injectors are side fed like Z32.
  22. Great info. I would have to read it over couple more times to really understand it. I was also thinking about this too. My 60-1 is in a Hi-Flo .60A/R T04B housing and I do believe the 60-1 in the compressor map are actually bigger .70 A/R. If that makes different. It just seem that the 60-1 and 62-1 maps are just too good to be true considering how much it can flow. (if they are to be in .60A/R housing) I mean pumping out 900+ cfm out of .60a/r with 2 inch outlet is just untrue. Thanks for the info.
  23. Actually it really doesn't surge much. (inless it's below 2k rpm) Or may be I just don't think it's surging. On a dyno after fully heat soaked, it was hitting full boost at 3500rpm. On the street about 3200rpm or so I think. (I can't keep up) The car dynoed 253RWHP and 275ft/lb at 3500rpm at 12psi. Doesn't the effeciency chage when you have a different turbine housing and a wheel on? I mean the compressor can turn much faster at lower exhaust cfm right? It really can't beat To4E wheels, there are just more effiecient. Unless 60-1 is in T04E housing. I was thinking about 50 trim T04E before I got this 60-1 O, I'm about 500ft above sea level. (I got me a GPS)
