    Running non turbo

Awesome, thanks guy, I guess the only issue i'll run into is re-tuning. Good deal, i'm going to read up some more on exactly what MS I want to purchase and go from there. *thumbs up*

    Running non turbo

I did look for quite awhile.. but like I said, I didn't find anything directly answering my question, i'm not trying to be lazy and not look for the answer myself, I just can't find it.. I appreciate the info, and thanks Matt, I will try to get ahold of a turbo dizzy.
  3. Nice jung, i'll think about those ones.

Here ye go. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=884517#post884517 http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=132780 Atleast thats what I found/ remembered off the top of my head.. I myself.. am getting prosport gauges.. I just wish they had bigger tach and speedo amber lights!
  5. I will say that this forum for the most part has very accurate and indepth information from what I have found out and read on most automotive forums, which is pretty rare... unlike some other forums.. Most things can be found from the search function. *thumbs up* Being new to these cars, I have learned alot in the small time i've been here. Thanks for all the help so far guys!
  6. This may be a repeat question.. but I've searched for awhile, and alas.. haven't found anything directly pertaining to my question, so here goes. I am running N/A right now.. l28 manual.. I should have my MSD coming within the next week and wanted to run MS, ( while the car is apart and unwired it would make my life ALOT easier to install a standalone system with the car apart )The problem is that I didn't know if I could run MS N/A and just switch its settings for turbo later on... I wanted to go with the MSnS.. would I just have to desolder and resolder the board when I switch and add wiring for new sensors? Would there be more to it besides that? Sorry. >.> Thanks.
  7. =] I'm just questioning the quality of those seats he posted, possibly thinking about getting a pair since my seats are old and tan.. ( going with black interior.. go figure huh? )
  8. Even with shipping, thats still a good price.. marios point out is 389 Plus 160 dollars with shipping... *shrugs* To bright of a red too. ;P

  10. I am already fab'n my own front end.. but it will take me awhile before I can finish it.. stripping paint takes awhile with no garage during the rainy season.. lol.
  11. I purchased a kit from Johnc and definetly would buy from him again, good price, fast shipping.. and the delivery guy was a ninja, I never seen him drop off my package. 2 thumbs up.
  12. Was wondering if anyone out there makes Aluminum or Chrome trim for corvette or round style tail lights.. I am picking up some up today and the trim on them is garbage... I'd say the lights are about 4 and a half inches around, but I can get an actual diameter and sizing later.. I just wanted to see if anyone out there could possibly make 4 of these and a ball park figure too. Thanks guys.
  13. Amazing work, honestly... It's motivating me to do the body work on my car.
  14. Hey.. where's all the 2+2 ZX love..? Haha.. I may have the slowest Z out there, being a 2+2 automatic ZX GL, but I love it! Should be a nice scooter after all the fiberglass and turbo/manual swap though! Btw nice find on the Z Rusty.
  15. Good stuff wigen... I might bust out the die grinder tonight.. lol.
  16. That is simply amazing. +1 epic points.
  17. Geez Zcar.. way to be a walking Z dictionary and information source.. lol. The blower really isn't that much of a deal.. Did quite a few stops back from texas.. car was running 20 hours straight.. doing 80 the whole way and stopping at stations periodically and letting it cool.

You guys know some good gauges that would fit in our existing guage spots? volt/oil/temp.. etc. I can't decide what to get.
  21. Weld it off! Lol, kidding! Can't the filler neck be removed, and then remove the cap after its off the tank?
  22. There won't be failure, not to mention, I drove a 88 olds for a year without the links.. lol. Still runs like a champ.
