  1. Oh, and you can't forget the chin up, you gotta have your chin up and give people a cold stare. Then rev at elderly people at stop lights. While were on the topic.. I think I'm going to get a ridiculous bodykit and SLAM my Z, put a HUGE spoiler on the back, keep all power accessories, get a 300lb $2000 sound system with TVs and convert the back of my Z into a hot tub... And add a BOV to my N/A engine. Thats BA.x]
  2. HAHAHAHAHA....oh man, too funny. You also have to lean your seat so far back you can't reach your pedals and you can barely see over your dash, thats ganksta, pimp.
  3. Well, I believe that answered everything for me, haha, Thanks Larry. I contacted red-strip a few months back about acid dipping, and they said our cars arent able to be dipped because it would warp them. I heard that was very common among foreign cars... nissan/vw/honda/ etc... I've only seen old domestics get dipped. ( aka tank cars. ) I do have a question for you Azi, With those small rust out holes, did you just weld in a pew panel/patch? I don't have a welder and was considering keeping the fiberglass patches I did.
  4. Pffft, while you guys are doing your little EV cars, i'll be making my solar powered riding mower that will go 200mph, then I can cut grass for the rest of my life! At super speed! Just you wait!
  5. StunninS2@Yahoo.com You guys rule.
  6. Hmm, never thought of using the cold.. haha. I think i'm going to focus on just getting all the easy paint and rust out of the way and go from there. =] If all else fails, i'll just use por15 on the rust.
  7. When I called and talked to a lady on the phone, she put me on hold, and when she came back to the phone, she said the seats weighed 37 pounds each with packaging.
  8. Great info guys, thank you very much.Hmmm, you know... I'll just suck it up and use the air plane stripper once a day like challenger said, who said everything had to be easy right?I'm using a paint remover/stripper pad, I have quite a few.. they work great.. but the air plane stripper is easier.I have two more questions! What would you guys advise when it comes to removing paint and rust from smalls cracks or areas? Annnnd.. I tried removing that rubber coating inside the car with a grinder, but it smeared it everywhere.. I was thinking of using something like brake cleaner, but I am unsure, lol. Thanks again.
  9. So, I have been stripping some paint off the Z, and I must say.. using a grinder gets pretty old. I am thinking about towing my car to a shop where they can sand blast it all for me, or whatev..But my question is, I read someone saying you can get them sand blasted, but our cars metal seems so thin for that, correct me if I am wrong...Or is there any good method I can do to remove paint besides a grinder and air plane stripper? Thanks guys!( Yes, I did search! )

  14. The body and headlights in my opinion don't look that great.. but I Love tha fang bumper, you could call it gay and "rice", But you are forgetting that fact that all our Z's came with Fangs on their stock bumpers. ( fangs/jutouts, whateeeeva )

  17. Weeeeell, depending on your goals, you could save yourself all the trouble and get a standalone system like Megasquirt, its an aftermarket computer system. You get a new wiring harness and can also eliminate the AFM.. Theres tons of info about it, but thats if you want to go with engine management like that.
  18. HORRIBLE!! j/k, looks great jef, buff that sob.
