  3. Drain and put new gear oil in her? couldnt hurt even if it doesnt fix the problem. Just make sure you get the filler cap off before you drain it, Ive seen come diff covers where it was actually impossible to get the filler off, like the one I have on my car, haha.
  4. That MSD ignition laser gauge looks awesome! esp if the color of the light changes to red at a set point, that would be bad*ss
  5. Might want to check your Ebrake cable, mine fell loose and rubbed against the drive shaft, not good. How is the condition of the rearend? oh, and check that nut that holds it down, there is only one right under it but if its loose your rearend will clunk. maybe ask a friend to slowly back it up while your checking things out to get a better idea.

  7. That has nothing to do with it, even if its brand new wheels with brand new tires, it always needs to be balanced properly or your wheel will shake.

  9. Honestly I would get the auto lites for now, youl be dissapointed wehn you buy the ngk's nd foul em up quickly do to the car not running right. Ive got a good working stock fuel pressure regulator if you want it, 15$? But I would also do a complete tune up if it has been sitting for a long time like you implied, plugs, wires, cap rotor, all fluids flushed, Oil change... the works
  10. If you do this route, I would imagine you would want very tall gears, stay in boost longer, more fun.

Also felt KA-T's in s13's... much better, to be honest I like the way the KAT felt better then an sr20 swap I had experience with. off topic but hey wheelman, I saw one of those at the track, running 11's. the guy told me it was all stock except 20psi of boost and crazy fuel pressure, not reliable but still cool, it launched like no other, getting the jump on faster cars.

  14. Awesome that its driving again, but can you refresh my memory as to what has been done? It was a turbo swap right?
  15. An l28et on 7psi with an 8.6:1 compression ratio did that trick for me... the ca on 9psi didnt cut it, and off boost it was the WORST!

  19. haha, I trusted mine at one point, when I was planning to drive it from CA to NH, and then I turbo charged it, But I think it will be trustworthy once again once I do this head gasket swap and dont touch my boost controller, haha. The plane tickets were cheap though, 300$ round trip! I figure I will be testing her a bit when I go up to redding and back in a week or so. its only a 400 mile trip, but if it does that smoothly Ill have my faith restored. Oh and then to the MSA show (nah Im not enterying it, lol)

  21. Hey thanks, I checked out the website but it looks like nothing is going on in march, I guess there must not be very many members out there, Ima die! Dont get me wrong, Im really looking forward to going out there and seeing mys sister, but I sure there will be large chunks of time where she is doing her chores and prayers and other nun stuff and Im addicted to Z!
