  1. Tim you could give this guy a try. I just bought a wiring file on cd-rom for the 240z. He has a ton of other models too. I haven't received mine yet so I can't comment on quality, but the prices are reasonable. http://stores.ebay.com/1eZwire_W0QQssPageNameZviQ3asibQ3astoreviewQQtZkm
  2. I don't think the Cougar lights were led (67-68). I'm pretty sure they are 1157. On a side note: I vaugely remember seeing sequential rear turn signals on the new '05 Mustangs. I'm not sure if they are all like this or if it's an option but it's worth looking into. Probably alot easier to come by and maybe more reliable than 30 year old pieces....?
  3. I don't remember the Tbird years but I do remember 67-68 Merc Cougars do something similar too. Maybe one of their modules can be adapted....?
  4. Have you seen this yet...??? http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=106021
  5. Give these guys a try: http://www.tabcobodyparts.com/html/table_of_contents.htm
  6. Are you looking for fender flares or the rear repair panel ?
  7. I'm going to take a wild guess and say those are fake-o disc brake imitation discs behind the wheels. Used to hide to rusty stock brakes, of course!
  8. S&W makes a "kit for the 240z http://www.swracecars.com/app_listing.asp Also, Auto power makes a bolt in roll bar http://www.autopowerindustries.com/Roll_Bars.htm You can also hire a local speed shop to custom make a bar/cage for you. This would be my first choice.
  9. If you do end up replacing the hard line with the braided, I would suggest getting one end of the new braided line with a 90deg fitting on it. I think it would be easier to route your new line out of the way with the 90 fitting off the back of the caliper instead of of the line shooting straight out. That's the way mine are.
  10. ....somebody really likes the accesory section at Kragen......
  11. I just sent him an email inquiring about group buy pricing, guys.......
  12. My best wishes go to any enthusiast who might make an unwise business decision, pay too little, and lose everything with this low jumping noise product or service.
  13. I like 'em. Count me in if a group buy is assembled!
  14. I have the MSA carbon fiber ZG flares. I think the only thing I liked about them was the fit. Just take your time when fitting them and drilling holes if you decide to. I wasn't too happy with the CF finish though....
  15. I have had this same nightmare in the back of my mind. There are some options out there for us guys using "racing" brakes on our cars. I was planning on buying some nice aluminum wheel chocks or even some plain black rubber chocks on ebay. They're relatively cheap. Here is another alternative worth thinking about: http://www.precisionbrakescompany.com/index.html A new HiPo caliper that can be controlled by a hand brake cable and will still work with out AZC 12.2" vented rotors. They're not cheap, but then again lawsuits and insurance rates aren't either. I'm happy to hear no one was hurt or property damaged. This incident made me want to do something about about this. I'm calling precision brakes! jaime
  16. Right on Davy! It was nice to meet you and your family. I'm really hoping this door panel project goes well. Only "bad" part is I will need to buy new component speakers to fit the panel. Fortunately I already have a set picked out!!!
  17. Have you tried ebay? i saw some mounts on there recently. Not sure if the seller ships intl. but it's worth a shot. Otherwise, get some part numbers and I'll look around for new parts.
  18. Don't move it on the rotisserrie (sp?) You may damage the mounting points if the car is rolling down the road while bolted to the rotisserrie. I think you can easily make a wooden craddle using 2x4, 4x4, and casters. I think it would be safer to move a shell while the frame rails/body is resting on a craddle and easily moved on casters. I was trying to find a picture of one but I can't at the moment. Seems like a safer alternative to me.
  19. TIM !! Don't sell it, just cut it already, It will bring tears to your eyes everytime you see someone else's hands all over that one-off rear end. You'll end up paying double trying to buy it back. If not I'm buying it and I WILL put some flairs on it !!!!!!
  20. Looks good! Now get to rubbing!!!!
  21. DAVYZ, I have my oem '72 interior door panels sitting here, both L and R. I am willing to sacrafice. I'll PM you my contact info.
