hmm I think getting a GT42 to full spool at 3800 on the L6 is alittle on the. not even in your wildest dreams side of things.. Even running N20 to help spooling I dont think you will get anywhere near that.. also depends on how much boost you are wanting to run, if you have a turbo header, port work done on the head, and what EMS you will be running..

Yeah Nissan and garrett thought it would be a great idea and use a off center design on the wastegate houseing flange. I know somone was making a run of these at one time.. I think the best bet would be to either find a gasket or trace it all out and take it somewhere to get CNC'ed or jet cut. Hopfully someone who has had these made before will look into this thred. It doesnt look like there is much room for fiberglass packing in that muffler so it might be alittle loud. Although thats a very nice looking muffler. how much is that borla compared to the magneflow?

Yeah should work fine.. I have mine mounted the same way.. Although.. looking at your radiator and how its mounted.. I see its a aluminum radiator.. You might want to stick some rubber bushings in there were the Radiator mounts to the support. Aluminum can crack very easily if not isolated. Just my .02.. Looking great though man!!

Heh way ahead of ya there.. Already ported it and started on the exhaust manifold. .. Naa I am going to keep the stock throttle linkage for now.. Maybe later on I will go with the cable..

Sure thing.. Here is what was involved in my RoxZ -Made the Cage with a wire coat hanger as well as the rear strut bar. -Painted the wheels gold/bronze -Bought a EvoV111 for parts, -Put the evo's racing seats in the Z, as well as painted the red seats black and the black seatbelts red. -Put the fire extinguisher in there as well and painted it red. -I put the gauges on the Z's steering column -I installed the NX kit as well -The original color of my Jada Z was black, I painted it Green to match my real Z as well as repainted all the fender flares, front bumper, rear wing and side marker lights. -I shaved the fender mirrors -removed the rear bumper -removed one of the mufflers - I aquired a R34 Skyline from a friend and robbed parts from it as well -Installed the RB26 and made IC pipes, -Modified the RB's front mount and made IC pipes. - I custom made the front splitter out of plastic and painted it to match the airdam. - I refit the BOV that was on the SR20 onto the RB's IC pipes. - Painted gas, brake, clutch petals as well as other interior trim silver. - I think thats all folx..

I used JB weld actually. Since the holes didnt go all the way through anyways. I thought about getting them welded but thought.. it really wasnt needed. I used my grinder and sanding wheels.. worked great.. then I finnished it off by using my mouse sander and finally hand sanded it. Doing this isnt the easiest thing but not the hardest either. It just takes time..

What I had on there before was powdercoated. It was flaking off underneith.. Some of the high temp powdercoat might do better though..

Yeah I think he is doing a fantastic job.. not that I know what he is translating is really what is being said or anything.. but.. It sure is good to me..

I used a nice primer, then used low gloss high temp engine paint.
