  1. Stony doesnt play... he quit school because of recess...
  2. im selling my grand prix gtp, i just bought a 99 audi a4 quattro 1.8t, 5 spd, silver on charcoal leather, i love it, in fact i love german cars, especially for daily driver's.. awesome as hell.. VERY well put together.
  3. first, zlalomz, i want to buy your front and rear sets, second, bob_h car was put together as some sort of wierd homologation of crap by the previous owner, if he posted a close up, the rear fenders are actually cut, and last time i saw that car in person, u could cut your hand on the rough edges of the inner edge of the fender. i think cleve and steve huetter (cars builders) modified an older imsa flare, cutting, re shaping, and remolding. if would be very difficult to duplicate i would bet.
  4. doubt this would work, but worth a try, i sold some IMSA flares not too long ago.. and um.. i cant remember to whom, i think it was Alex (auxillary) but not sure... anyone.. bueller bueller bueller..
  5. like i said, if the price is right. no reason i shouldnt be at sez, even if its not running perfect, ill try to throw it enough together to atleast park it down there. but ill be taking offers on the wheels now. some things have come up, so i dont really dont need them.
  6. nope, dont need that, i think im gonna hold off a week or two, see if i can maybe keep it the way im going it. but ill let u know if i sell em.
  7. depends on the trade, i may keep them, im probably gonna sit on it for a week
  8. well, i'll sell them. got a chance to buy another car, and based on the other car, i'll sell the whole car or just the wheels, i want to change the style i was going with. 1800 for the wheels and tires.
  9. well, ive got the 17x10, 275/40 on the tire, and i plan on using the imsa flares, which should be plenty big enough. i may have been a bit misleading, im not trying to put the bottom of lip a half inch off the ground, really as far as styling is concerned, i want the fender gap gone, with the 3inch piping on the exhaust, i really cant afford to put the bottom that close to the ground anyway, as this is a street driven car. if u look at the pics i posted in my other thread, there is a good almost 2 inches of gap. anyway, thanks for ur help, ill figure something out i guess.
  10. was afraid i'd hear that, been crossing my mind, i might have to just sell them off and buy some 16's. although, the guys with reaction research flares or the dude on his site anyway runs 18's and road races his? and bob's car with the old imsa flares uses 17's so something must be able to be done.
  11. sure, look, if thats how ill go through all that, but to be honest, im not really sure how much, my car isnt a fully fledged race car, and the lowering springs offered dont seem to lower the car enough for me, i mean, i know it seems stupid but basically i just need them to function, im not trying to win any hardcore road races, if i can get it to handle already and sit low enough, im cool.
  12. you could just buy my car? nah, im no *******, no secrets here, Boyd Coddington "tuned" with a brushed aluminum finish, 17x8 front with a 4 inch backspace, needed a little spacer to clear toyota brakes because of the way boyd machines the wheels, in the rear, is a 17x10 with a 5 inch backspace, no problem clearing the modern motorsport rear disc, although i may stack 2 spacers to get the look right for the flares. but seriously, once she is running, i think im gonna sell her. so if anyone potentially want to take a supra powered z home in march, bring a check to sez.
  13. just wait for the imsa flares and low stance, with my front end, new paint.. etc..
  14. actually i have had them, but some teaser pics, sez beware, im a coming!
