You could have use a stronger foam such as the the Blue foam insulation panels used for siding at your local hardware, and fiberglass over it.

Is bigger better or is there a limit for these L28et?? My TURBO 60/AR.81 is working fine for me. It all depends how you want your setup/build to perform.

I`m not sure .There were 4 kia sportage and did`nt bother checking the year. I grabbed the best one of each car. One thing for sure is that i use the KIA rear door WS for both my doors and the KIA front door WS for my hatch.

Yes it looks massive but its very light. Cost varies i`ve seen them sell for $200-$300. I have the mold to fab some up, but i would sell to those that are here on the island due to shipping cost. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/684/cimg5792.jpg/
