I was looking at getting a Supercharge for my 03 Blazer Xtreme since I'm coming to the end of my factory warranty. Has anybody ever used them? Are they worth the $$$? Can they safely be ran on stock internals? This 4.3l motor just isn't enough for me......TIA

Well, I was thinking two different styles.............. 1. Concrete, for those who want a rigid hood. It'll also be great for keeping the nose down at high speeds. 2. Balsa wood. This will be for those of you that want to save on weight for those high speed quarter mile passes, also great for auto x'ing. Makes great kindling if your ever stranded in the winter time..... Both will be single a piece design though.

I went to go talk to the guy who bought my car today, and saw that it was virtually untouched. I was under the impression that they were going to start work on it right away. I got to talking to him and it turns out that his son decided that he wanted to get an SS Camaro instead of fixing up an OLD Datsun...... Long story short he wanted to get rid of it and I didn't have it in me to let him sell it to somebody else...... So he offered to sell it back to me ... Needless to say I wrote him a check on the spot and basically gave him his money back. Now with me not going to Cuba afterall, I have my 'work' garage back. I go pick it up Sunday --- wooo hooo!! Wait till you guys see what I've got planned for it .. Did alot of thinking when I was Z-less and came up with some good stuff. Nothing that deviates from the previous plan, just some "updates" to it.............. Stay Tuned!!!!!!

Yeah I was thinking about the Comp Cam stainless set earlier today and I'll probably go with them. Dr. Hunt, to answer your questions. It'll probably be a 10.5:1'ish on a moderate budget. Basically for a street car that will see a moderate amount of strip time. I'll be building the body strong enough for constant strip use regardless. I do know that I should probably be going with a 750 Carb or so but I can get a free Edelbrock 1406 (600cfm) if I want it. Can't beat free with an egg beater ya know. I'll be looking to do it with a t56 or 700r4. Haven't made up my mind yet. And the block huggers are used for clearance. Don't really want a roller cam.

Oh, GEEZ Last time I checked he IS next in line after Slick Willy. But what do I know. That's absurd to think that Kerry deserves equal space on the board. What other CANDIDATES were on that board also????

Just to make sure. The 305 is dimensionally the same as the 350 on the exterior, correct?
