  1. Thanks guys. We are back and it looks like the fire in our area is now under control or at least not advancing in our direction anymore.
  2. The fire is about 1/2 mile from my house and we have gotten a evac notice. Servers are located here at the house. If the site goes down you can figure it out. I am taking a backup of all the data with me but leaving the server up when we leave. I will get the site back up as soon as I can. Please pass this along to other members. God bless. Dan
  3. You can now edit your post up to 24 hours after posting it.
  4. We have noticed that some posts are starting to be deleted by members who have left our site for whatever reason. Also, I know for a fact that a current member who shall remain nameless has deleted a couple of “write-ups” from our site. So, I have disabled the ability for members to edit or delete their own posts. I am looking into other options on how to prevent this from happing but until then my recommendation is to proof read before you hit that Post button. Dan
  5. yeah, what Kevin just said. Ignition system looks HAWT Ron, I took the liberty of powder coating your coil bracket in black krinkle, came out pretty good I think.
  6. Thanks much Sven! I went out and measured my TWM manifold, came out to 4-1/4"
  7. Hey guys, Anyone happen to know what the length (face to face on the mounting flanges) of a Mikuni sidedraft manifold is? I have heard they are shorter than a TWM manifold. Thanks Also, if you have one and want to sell it I am in the market for one.
  8. Added a picture of them installed to my above post.
  9. Mr UPS guy dropped off a nice package for me the other day. All I can say is WOW! These things are almost too nice to put in an engine bay. The wife did get a little pissed off when I asked if it was OK if I bring them to bed with us. Kevin is a great guy to work with and is perfectionist, he works really hard to help make sure that you are buying exactly what you need for your application. I can't speak highly enough about him! We have been working on this setup since May and allot of emails have flown back and forth between us trying to iron out some details. I should have some pics of them bolted to the engine next week, I hope. Dan
  10. Or, since you are also in SD if you want you can drop by my house and bring one of your carbs and we will see if they will bolt up. Send me a PM if you are interested. Dan
  11. I did not like the cheesy chrome K&N style filters so I got these. http://www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=557 You will need to cut the throttle arm mount off of the base on 2 of them because of how close together they are but it was easy with a die grinder and took maybe 15min to smooth them out. These may not work with weber style velocity stacks that lock the aux venturi in place because the base is about 1/4 inch thick. You could still use them but you would need to make sure that you use a set screw to lock down the venturi so they don't slide out during use. I am using them with delorto's that have the velocity stacks bolted to the base plate.
  12. Guess I should have added that it did take about 2 1/2 weeks to get mine even though they are drop shipped from ITM.
  13. Yea, it would be a good idea to confirm with the seller what brand you will be getting. Mine were dropped ship right from ITM.
  14. I have ordered 2 sets of these pistons in the past month from this same dealer, both sets were made by ITM and are not NAKAMOTO.
  15. Wolf (but remember there is no best)
  16. Tis true. Hi, my name is Dan and I am a Meth addict.
  17. Happy B-day, you old farts!
  18. It's cool man. Just figured is out the other day! LOL
  19. Huh? You guys are killing me!
