  1. My only problem was me being an idiot trying to go the short way out by using a hydraulic press for my rear control arm and it bent one of my arms. Contemplating whether I should just buy the TTT rear control arm and call it a day or go to the local pick-a-parts and/or buy another used rear control arm.
  2. No, the sr20det & rb were never brought to U.S. soil in vehicles. They're sold as "off-road" only. This goes for all makes and models of Japanese market vehicles.
  3. Very great post. I've been thinking about finding a solution to this myself because I have all four ss brake lines already too.
  4. The ka24e maf works and the maf sensors are usually labelled with 'a' through 'd' on there. Just match the wires up, trust me I can do it with my eyes closed. I've used the ka24e maf on all my sr swaps in my 240sx's. They're the same maf, you're just overpaying for the 'jdm' maf.
  5. I have one off a 73 that I had bought for my 72, didn't solve my problem so I took it off and reinstalled my original back in. I'll look for it in my trunk this weekend if it's not raining and let you know. $50 shipped if you're interested
  6. z32 purple top injectors are the same.
  7. I personally would try freshalloy.com, they have a huge database about sr20's.
  8. Probably took the car because of the wheels. Hope you get your car back the way was before they or that person took it.
  9. Try your luck on club-s12.org, they are usually free or like $20-50.
  10. I bought mine from Summit a few months ago and worked right out of the box.
  11. I've owned and swapped five s13s with sr20s. All parts I replaced was on all of them: thermostat Coolant hoses that runs into the firewall top and bottom radiator hose belts spark plugs Obviously you want to change engine/transmission oil Never had a problem. All had compression of around 155-156 psi on all 4 cylinders. I bought my sr swaps from reputable and no name shops, all are the same. I usually just have them do a leak down test before bringing it home and look for signs of fluid leaks. I usually bought the swaps that have been unwashed because you can see if they were previously leaking before or not. Also if you're not planning to upgrade the turbo anytime soon, take off the stock rubber intake and spin that turbo. I made the mistake of not checking the turbo on one of my engines one time, got home and the compressor would not budge. I had a spare t25 so no biggie. If injectors are bad, just buy some z32 injectors...they're also purple top 370cc injectors just like the s13 sr. If upgrading anyway, Deatschwerk injectors are very reasonably priced and comes with flow sheets.
  12. Trust me, the car could be from Mars and it would still have rust. You'll be lucky if everything is surface rust if it's been sitting in the garage forever.
  13. Sounds like what I got myself into. Mine had been sitting over 20+ yrs and it needs brakes all around. No interior so I picked up a new carpet kit and reupholstered stock seats. Rear diff mount fell apart so I have the whole rear end down right now trying to replace all the bushings. Still need to change all the seals around the windows/windshields, etc....LOTS AND LOTS of work.
  14. I personally have owned four sr20 swapped s13s. I have ran 14 psi on them 24 hrs 7 days a week for yrs and even in 120+ degree weather here in the desert valley. Never ever let me down. This is assuming you're still on stock fuel injectors and stock t25. As for ebc's I've had the most luck with the HKS EVC series boost controllers and the Apexi AVCR, I know the AVCR is not the smallest boost controller out there but it is one of the best out there! I used it for its fuel injector duty cycle, throttle opening/closing adjustment, and maf monitoring feature.
  15. Yep, I've asked before. The locksmith will tell you to bring it to them and they can key you a new key.
  16. LOL, you guys are hilarious. I guess you guys both have a point
  17. Not my cup of tea, but I have to admit that it looks pretty good.
  18. I actually forgot about attending Mr. K's 100th bday this past sat. Would have been cool to see a lot of oldies
  19. You can't sell it. Just let it sit for later.
  20. I do but not selling : p 16x8 0 offsets Try zilvia.net, those kids change wheels like every 6 months to stay up with the trend.
  21. One of the best renderings I've seen still, I still don't mind owning one if Nissan actually built it.
  22. I'm gonna have to be a passenger in this rocket ship of yours when you're finished dude!
  23. Should be etched/imprinted onto the lock mechanism. As for adhesive, I just put it back on the best as possible since it's hot and still sticky.
