    buy a fuel cell.. my buddy Mike is using a fuel cell in the stock spare tire well.. without modifications.. and has 2 metal brackets hoolding it on.

    have you looked at MegaSquirt by any chance?! Much cheaper.. very easy to use.. and TONS of guys on this forum and other Z car forums are using it... so we can definatly help ya out! Plus MegaSquirt all assembled and shipped to your door for install is.. ohh around $300

    take a look at this and scroll down towards the bottom.. http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/fusiblelinks/index.html you can see that single 12v wire coming from the starter is actually factory spliced into 4 wires!!!!! BLUE sells the setup to replace the fusible links and is soo easy to install.

    thanks for sharing the pics!! that thing looks soo easy to make.. too bad most of us dont have the skills to weld or find a good mandrel bending shop around Tell us how it sounds and if you feel a BIG power difference.. because you will!

    can I order a different offset?! I was thinking -4.5 with the Konig Rewinds because I would be able to fill in my ZG flairs I am getting very soon.

    hmm so several people have indeed recieved these wheels?! i think it's time to make an order! How much longer will this be lasting?! im hoping next week when payday rolls around?!

    first find out if the ECU is getting power... and the coil.. then see if the car will turn on and test electronics... then try starting it.. if it turns over and doesnt spark you can help source your problem... if you turn the key and nothing happens it will give you more idea's...

    yeh.. sounds like you have a boost leak coming out of the BOV... if your running stock electronics the AFM already measured the air and is spraying tons of fuel... with a boost/air leak AFTER the AFM along the intercooler piping or BOV is bad, since the AFM doesnt detect it so your running really really rich.. hence the bogging and mis-firing.. have you noticed poor poor MPG?! This is why it bogs and you cant build boost properly

    how do you know your getting compressor surge?! are you just hearing a flutter?! because the BOV is soo tight.. the valve open and closes very very very fast.. so you hear a pshh psh pshh pshh pshh.. almost like a butterfly flutter... doesn't necessarily mean it's surge

    I hate my fusible links because they keep burning up damnit.. and they are soo corroded and nasty.. i decided to convert it.. I picked up the kit from Pallnet.. similar to the setup BLUE sells.. in the Atlantic Z car club.. anyway.. cheap.. and easy to do... I used a Maxifuse setup... and an MTX fuse bus!

    also with an N42 intake manifold.. and a turbo.. you cant run the stock PCV valve.. it hits the turbo outlet... soo.. put a filter on your PCV tube coming out of the block.

    notice how this downpipe starts at 2.5" and expands very quickly? Buy a reducer cone.. and weld it to the flange

    ohh Zero.. don't forget you can use the stock CHT sensor on your turbo motor... but like a mentioned it is a good idea to get a new one for $8 and spend $10 on new fittings.. just to be safe.. the old sensor could be faulty.. or what not.. but a good idea

    Bryan I am in complete shock and disbelief... your the nicest freakn guy i've met in a long long time.. and you've worked soo hard on your Z! I can't believe anyone would say anything like that to you! My best wishes to you and your family! IS there any other resort than selling the Z? If I had the money I would buy it from you and store it, if ya ever wanted it back... I don't know what to say man... im in shock
