As for the latch I plan to use some sort of remote release. I plan on buying a kit for my shaved door handles and I may get an extra module for the hatch. I could also just get something from a JY, using a spring and latch system, with the latch mounted on its side. We shall see.... Thanks for the compliments guys!! Rufus

Thats what I have seen as well. I am thinking they may just be individual lights put into a backer similar to a 300ZX.

The YZ kits all have no headlights. Check the reaction research web site and look at the YZ pics.

When you say the chanell the hatch sits on do you mean where the weatherstrip would go? How is the flat portion where the latch is?
