  2. Holy crap! I'd like to see someone eat that whole thing!
  3. I checked a few places that make hydraulic hoses to see if they could make a hose with the roll pin end on it. Nobody had those ends, they said that those roll pin ends are made for the auto companies only.
  4. I'm not sure, email Lee at : lee.howard@ndchealth.com
  5. A friend of mine is the one who put that together. Yes it uses the stock for Ford plastic line, and it just presses in to the Chevy slave with a roll pin to hold it in.

  7. Check this out! http://www.theengineshop.com/newstuff8.shtml 610hp at 6400rpm, 584lb-ft at 4500rpm! It has a 2 year 24,000 mile insurance for $4000 in repairs. Here's the killer part, $9995- iron head (575hp, 565lb-ft), or $10495- aluminum head.
  8. It would be neater, and easier, just to cut the whole roof off the T-top car, then cut your roof off at the seams and weld the T-top roof back on your car. A lot of work just for a T-top.
  9. I believe there are 2 bolts under the headlight buckets that bolt to the rad support.
  10. Keith, I'm using the 80ZX MC , with discs on all 4.

  12. They do have the same motor mounts on the frame. I see you are installing a 283. Are you using the JTR setup? If so did you slot the motor mounts on the frame? That might help.
  13. I've read that before, it is funny though!
  14. Check my personal album for some pics
  15. Black is the hardest color to paint a car. If the body work is not perfect you will see every wave, dip, wrinkle. If your car has seen many paint jobs over the years (stacked up) , you will need to strip it. If there are only one or two layers, and you know that the work under it is good, you could spray a build up primer, and start block sanding. Then guide coat, then block sand, and continue until it's straight. Then it's paint time. Are you planing on doing this yourself?
  16. http://www.eastwoodcompany.com makes a gas tank sealing kit. http://www.eastwoodcompany.com/aspfiles/itemdy00.asp?UID=2003052813570986&T1=10165+Z&Dep_Key1=
  17. What kind of electric fan did you use? Is it before or after the rad? A lot of us use the Ford Taurus fan, it's powerful and has it's own shroud. Also did you make sure to bleed all the air out of the system. A small block should be able to go up to 230 with no problems.
  18. Check this post: http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10334&sid=fd9f263fe2ba320214fdb3654b078cca This post will be moved to Miscellaneous Tech:
