My setup is basic. Has an intercooler, stock injectors (PWM), diy trigger wheel, and ford cops. Just some minor changes and should be good for you. Could probably use more timing in certain areas.
That is an IAT ( Intake air temp) sensor. Fidle can be programmable output. The built in map sensor is on the megasquirt unit itself below the db37 plug.
Hmm, does the relay click when you turn on the lights? Do you have a meter or test light to see what 87 is getting when on? Is the ground pin on the headlight grounded?
To leave it in or out is in the megamanual under the "To install the Hall/optical input circuit"
http://www.megamanual.com/ms2/V3assemble.htm
search C12 and C30 and it'll come up

Looks like you need the igbtout to ign.
Build the ECU up to trigger from the Hall/Optical Input (all of my MS230-C units are by default configured this way).
The only change is to enable the IGBT High Current Ignition Coil Driver Circuit to directly drive the coil. That's it!
Remove the jumper from JS10 to IGN (if exists)
Jumper IGBTIN to JS10
Jumper IGBTOUT to IGN

You should also upgrade your TunerStudio. Looks like you're using v 1.13. Latest is 2.0.8. In the latest version you just enter in the number of teeth, number missing, and where the tooth #1 angle. Maybe it's the firmware you are running?
So you have the wheel ground to a 30-1? The trigger angle will depend on where the missing peak is on the wheel. Every peak is about 12 degrees. Do you have a timing gun?
The trigger angle is just a suggestion. Let the engine warm up, then set fixed timing and adjust the trigger angle to match what you see with the timing gun and the fixed timing.
