    The diagram posted shows the parts inside the ecu and outside. Should be the same just compacted into an image.
  4. What I did was bolt the tps to a bracket then bolted that to the throttle body.
  5. The 82-83 turbo distributor will work. The 81 cas will work with some modification such as grinding every 2 out of three teeth, and using a hall effect sensor. http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/77233-30-1-tooth-wheel-with-cherry-hall-effect-sensor/
  6. Make sure your ignition source stays on while cranking.
  7. Voltage regulation is done internally in the alternator.

    Sounds like you've might have found your problem. "I installed the slave cylinder I needed to press the rod quite deep into the slave cylinder in order to make it fit the fork... "

    Might be that the throwout bearing collar is the incorrect one for the clutch set..

    Just wondering, did you end up doing the 81 cas grounded down with a hall effect?
  11. A lot of new turbos at that price are Chinese turbos and the quality can vary extremely. There are plenty of manufacturers (Holset,Garrett,Precision,ect...) to choose from. You know what they say "You get what you pay for".
  12. The smaller bulb can be used as a city light. LED halos huh, best bet without opening would be those stick on led strips.
  13. 225 fill them nicely. 205 is not bad either.
  14. Yes the struts can be changed without removal of spindle pin.

  16. You can also use an 82-83 zxt ecu. You just need to bypass the resistors as they are built into the ecu those years.
  17. Or you can load up your favorite spice program and plug it in.
