  1. AC would be good for me as i still have exhaust coming into the cabin with the windows down. I always smell like gasoline.
  2. I've had a S30 with a L28ET in it, and now I have another S30 with the SR20DET in it. Both are great. I'd recommend either. The SR seems to be a little more economical on fuel consumption however.
  3. the Z is lookin good! I think I like satin white
  4. Big thanks to everyone who posted on this thread. It helped out. Now I don't have to slam the door with brute force to get it to close properly.
  5. is thinking about driving his Z, as he drives his girls Mini

  6. Here's mine! She's taken a little damage on the hatch since these pics, but I'm gettin her back into shape. Need to fill out the fender flares some more, I'm selling the wheels soon.
  7. Good people on this board. Long live HybridZ!
  8. Thanks for the help Mark and Deja. I finally got the hub off with a autozone puller and a little improvisation. I got my new wheel on with a Momo adapter and NRG quick relese and wheel. Here's some pics. If the steering post is sitting flush with the locking nut, is that enough contact with the spline, or should I tighten it further? It feels fine though.
  9. I've been searching for an answer to this dilemma. I'm trying to install a removable steering wheel, but I have to remove the previous owners grant steering wheel. I got everything but the last piece seemingly stuck on the splines. Do I need a steering wheel puller? Should I try hammering it loose like a neanderthal? I broke one of the 3 bolts surrounding the locking nut, that shouldn't be the problem right? I have a picture too. What am I doing wrong?
  10. I actually have this same problem. Might be the brake light switch near the pedal and the actual turn signal on the steering column. I'm thinkin about bypassing everything and rewiring the turn signals and brake light switch independently.
  11. hey Meph! what offset are those wheels? and does the cutout on the rear help with exhaust getting in the cabin?
  12. http://tweetphoto.com/10179965 My '73 is back in effect (or getting there at least) -L. Scatter
  13. Nice to see the progress Myron. I now have the VQ to choose from for the next swap.
  14. Here are my current wheels 16" 5Zigen DIV3 it's 1996 all over again.
  15. 1989 Ford Mustang LX - Four Bangin Monster
  16. Still can't mount the brakes til I get a new set of wheels. Damn clearance issue... Been only moving the yellow Z for street sweeping. I have to decide what I'm going to do, keep one of my Z's or sell both. The street sweeping shuffle gets old quick.
  17. I used to have a set of gold Enkeis, but i always wanted a set of Epsilons or Panasports. Hard to come by. Good Luck!
  18. Good lookin' out Tyson. I'll have some really new stuff up soon. I promise. I've been hard at work in the studio.
  19. My other Z is a stock L24 1973 240Z. Was my daily for a while til the brakes started to go out. Bought a pair of MSA upgrades from Myron, but my stock wheels are too small and won't clear. Haven't been driving it much for a few weeks. Thinking about selling it, just thinking about it though.
  20. I drove my SR20 Z for the first time in a month yesterday and was nostalgic for HybridZ. So I'm back on here checking stuff out for the first time in a long time. I'm sure many of you who were active before are still active. It's good to read your posts again! I still have to sell my SR Z due to buying property. Property tax and Mortagage payments are owning me. I no longer have money to work on either of my Z's. But it was good to be back behind the wheel. It's funny how much more powerful your car seems after not driving it for a month. -Scatter
