  1. I just happen to have the box from teh last set of iridiums i bought NGK No. T7341T-8 TRust No. IT08 hope that helps. Is the VG30dett the same?
  2. Another plus to getting a half cut would be that you can start it and check it out before you put it in your car. alot of those places have a 30 day warrentee on startup.
  3. Thats a stock gtr intercooler

    Rb26dett 240z

if you think your gonna get a completed swap rb26Z for less then 20-25K you are mistaken. If you do you need to go buy a couple lottery tickets as you are on lucky SOB I was thinking about selling mine before the surgery started but wouldnt take less then 25K

    RB26 injectors

i made 353 rwhp with my stock 444cc injectors at stock booste using sds and the injectors were maxed. i upgraded to 680cc injectors and got 392rwhp at 15 PSI booste and the injectors were right at 85% duty cycle. Depends on what year rx7 you get the injectors from. the fc modle all had 550 injectors and i do believe they were low impedence. you can find them pretty cheap on ebay i would have them cleaned and flow checked at RC eng to ensure you are getting 6 injectors that flow about the same.
  8. Or i guess you could notch the frame to make a bigger turbo fit. I was considering this but my motor turned out to be bad and i got my rb26 :>
  9. If you get by the steering shaft the frame rail is the next big obstacle... like i said above any decent sized turbo will hit the rail pretty hard.
  10. Well its tilted to the wrong side which may be making it look like its higher but it sure does look like your gonna have some hood clearance issues
  11. I was gonna chime in earlier but forgot.... i had the same manifold on the rb26 i was originally going with on my car. it had a t04S and it hit the framerail hard and there was no way to make it fit with that manifold. May want to consider something else as this will limit your HP greatly
  12. GOD is this at a bad time. i would jump all over this in a heart beat.
  13. Click more in teh icon box when you reply they are all there
  14. Man i tell you those big drum dynos take the excitement away with hi HP turbo cars. most of the dynos in japan have 2 small drums and spin up alot quicker. or is it just me My dyno when eng was in the old car Not trying to thread jack just wanted to post a comparison of a big drum dyno and 2 small drum dyno
  15. I was in japan for 11 years and have ways to get parts. If i had been in the states when i built my car i probably would have gone with the GN motor. lots of parts available. The 2JZ would have been after a turbo v-8 setup. whatever i did it would have had a turbo on it :>
  16. Nice.... Your going with with an auto right?
  17. http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f40538773 Its on japan yahoo now If you like the pics save them as when the auction ends so do the pics
  18. WOW!!!!! If an rb20 fits in there you know what else will fit :> I have seen a couple of those here in anchorage pretty cheap.

    rear end help

I dont think there are any nine inch rearends that are narrow enough without having to shorten. Im going with a 8.8 with 33 spline axles 4:56 gears and a spool. Mine is a full tube frame from the driverseat back. 4 link is the was to go. or you can go with the ladder bar setup from jegs. Oh yea you might try the search button. i searched ladder bars and 4 link and backhalve and got like 10 Plus pages of info. I think it was mikeKz that did the jegs ladder bars.... that is a good option to and requires minumal cutting. Herews a link to his car http://members.tripod.com/SnowSurfer/mikekz1.html
  20. Your not bursting my bubble. i couldnt pass it up for 5 bux. i just was lazy and didnt read teh entire add where it said 38 bux shipping and handling fro a 5 dollar set of lights.
  21. couldnt resist at 5 bux for the set... then i got foocked with 38 handling fee!!!!! anyway here they are decent looking but the blue wont match teh red on my car.
  22. Sorry guys but this thread is going nowhere and is closed now
  23. I can say with about 90% certainty that only the rb26 has teh 2 holes drilled. i have only personally looked at the rb26 and rb25. This is from memory from 5 years ago but the rb25 only has one drilled and the dip stick is intalled and the rb26 has both drilled and one plugged. I honestly believe they (nissan) built this motor knowing that it would be installed in other nissans that required rear sump. thats why it has 2 oil pan configuration options and 2 holes drilled for dipsticks.
