  2. First time in a long while actually working on a stock L24.... need a intake gasket. Are they 2 piece or one piece? I always thought the intake and exhaust were one gasket. like this one. SCHMUCKS says there is a exhaust and an intake. They can order the intake but not the exhaust??????
  3. Brapp Just for the record I wasnt bashing the head gasket...
  4. Fel Pro paper gasket in a turbo motor??????
  5. I bought a fan from summit for like 70 bux.... With the thick aluminum radiator you have really any decent fan will cool very well. Mine never got above the thermostat setting on the dyno the last time i was there. fan would click on for about 30 seconds then go off !!!
  6. HKS Vpro just happen to be friends with a real live HKS pro tuner :> HKS 1000cc injectors.,

  9. Mine ended up being, with the RB 26 in it, a total of 2750 with me not in the car and no gas in the tank. Front to back bias was 51 front 49 rear using the zr200 mounts. Mine was gutted with a stock dash with no heater core, one FRP racing seat and a mild steel 10 point cage. I weighed it using hi tech scales that are calibrated every 90 days that we use at work for weighing aircraft cargo I would imagine his is about the same plus or minus 100lbs. most of the rb Z's that i have seen were between 2600 and 2900 unless they were put on a serious diet.
  10. Ahh ok then i stand corrected. That is still a decent price for a running rb swap if it comes with everything.
  11. LOOK in the F/S section there is a member selling a running swapped rb26 240.... i'd go that route. screw trying to find anything junp on teh car that is allready complete. 7k for a running a rb26 swapped car is an outstanding deal.
  12. Yea sorry guys .. i had never heard of it before and fell for "look what we just invented" BS. here is that thread someone eluded to earlier http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/in...?topic=45148.0
  13. It would for sure need some special tuning to see where the valve would need to open and close.
  14. Bump for an awesome deal.... anyone out there looking to do a swap here ya go. everything allready installed. fix the tranny and tune the ecu.
  15. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=481292 If it works this will be one of those revolutionary steps in turbo technology.
  16. I ran a AZC radiator. it's not what your asking for. I just had a hard pipe made to go from one side to the other. Not the best pic but here is what it looked like
  17. Google search torque horsepower differences There is a load of info.
  18. Whats your price on a 88MM steel HG. I assuming you go one size up for 87MM pistons? Im also kind of interested in the phuzion stuff. PM me if neccessary
  19. A stock RB26 in a z car can do all that and more.
  20. Around 5500 rpm haven't really looked at that yet. Still trying to get a smooth torque line. once we get it smooth then its time to play with timing to try and get power sooner.
