  1. it was and its been handled we are cool
  2. Stock injectors, stock booste, stock intercooler and a good tune on sdsefi netted 352 at the wheels and 11.138 @ 120 mph once i upped the booste i had 392 and more rear wheel spin. MPH went up to 127 but never broke 11.2xx then the rearend started breaking. this was the very first run at the strip with the car before the dyno here was the best run at stock booste
  3. I had my turbos off several times. There is plenty of room to do just about anything while the engine is installed. My bone stocker rb26 with 680cc injectors, sdsefi, hi flow exhaust, and 15 PSI netted 11.2xx at 127MPH + so yea you will for sure be surprising people.
  4. I want to say SARD and HKS sell ND injectors which are new. most others are just refurbed injectors. ... correct me if im wrong.
  5. Did you read the entire 7 pages??? there are more then just one guy that got bad injectors... And the fact of the matter is he advertises new flow matched injectors and what you actually get is re, re, refurbed bored injectors that usually dont even come with flow sheets. If you had good luck cool... but anyone looking to buy from him beware. BTW here are the readings on my injectors they were supposed to be 1000cc #1 928 #2 976 #3 728 #4 944 #5 1088 #6 696 This in a stock motor may be ok but in a high booste application this is death!!!! that #6 injector would have surely burnt a piston. Again just a warning out there for anyone that has purchased or who is thinking about purchasing used injectors from anyone. GET THEM FLOW CHECKED BEFORE USE!!!!!!
  6. Go here and read thru this if you are planning on buying a set of venom injectors. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=393612 I personally bought a set and sold them to get a set of new HKS injectors. I recommended that the guy i sold them to have them flow checked before using them. Well they were wacked.... Dont buy injectors from TLF performance on ebay they are crap.

I downloaded the owners manuals in english from http://www.greddy.com in the tech section
  9. Well not much of an update but i was pretty excited. For those that don't know the history it's been over 4 years since there was an rb running in my garage. Today i had one running and it actually moved in forward and reverse. Yes ladies and gentlemen the rb26Z actually moved under its own power!!!! :mparty::mparty::mparty:
  10. THIS MOVIE SUCKED!!!!!! the damn handy cam gave me a headache. Here's how i describe it. Its like one of those gong show acts that's going to be gonged but hurries there act and ends just before getting gonged!!!! i nearly walked out but there was a bit of curiosity on how it was going to end... when it did finally end i wished i walked out. I was literally pissed off for the rest of the day that i actually couldn't wait to see this movie and that i wasted a night out with the family on this movie.

    New dash

No not really. The white ones are memory gages and have warning settings in them I can set. I'm also going to wire in some LED lights that will warn of stuff getting out of hand. Booste will be limited with the computer so even if the wqastegate fails open it wont overboost. The booste gage is there just so i can see what my peak booste was on the run. Same thing with water temp oil temp and EGT. Besides who is really going to be looking at the gages when your going 150MPH :>

    New dash

I know this should go in a different forum, but I’m kind of partial to the rb so I will post it here. Well I’m not much of a fabricator yet but I kind of like my new dash panel. It has what I feel are my must have gages to monitor engine performance. The 2 boxes on the end are the HKS knock monitor/wideband monitor and the HKS EVC. Now that the hard part is done all I have to do is wire them up. I'm going TDY to miramar for 3 weeks so nothing will be done till i get back. Should be ready for some dyno time shortly after i get back. before after
  13. Yes that is correct, stock turbos, 680cc injectors, stock gtr intercooler core and 15 PSI netted 392rwhp and that (in my car) should of had me in the hi 10s but the rear-end kept breaking on me. Best time was a 11.138 at 127 MPH and a 1.7 60 foot. You do the math knock of 1 or 2 tenths from the 60 foot and wam... 10 sec pass. 1.7 60 foot was with allot of wheel spin. That’s the only thing that saved the rear-end for as long as I was running it. As soon as I started tweaking tire pressure and suspension settings is when I started breaking things. An automatic conversion would have done wonders.
  14. Other then the rpm readout on the laptop... which i couldnt see... there is no tach yet. but we did have the rev limit set at 8K rpm and never hit the limiter.... and the limiter does work... we tested it :>
  15. Some more video of todays accomplishments. Not much but im happy idle tuning initial idel and rev tune
  16. I like how the car lifts the front tires a bit then kinda just barely puts them back down.
  17. well thats video for ya... its loud as ♥♥♥♥

  21. Rob, Since you are running a similar intake and TB as me what throttle cable are you using? The one I had for the old setup is toooo long and would like to get one that is closer to the correct length. Thanks Stony
