  1. If you time it right you can raise skirts with that on startup (but you'll need to point it up a bit ), or set off car alarms! Really nice, now you have me thinking about doing that!
  2. Looks good. The battery tray looks like it was rust free, nice job.
  3. What do you mean if you keep it? Of course your gonna keep it! You are just tempted too easily!
  4. That's what I thought. I had it under glass for a couple of hours while the camera charged up. Then I released it where I had found it and snapped the pics. After it has remained motionless for about 2 minutes it took off in a hurry into the brush from whence it came. Hopefully it will eat some of the Japanesse beatles we have around here.
  5. That last clip gave the Glock some genitals.
  6. That is great! I love the Chevelle, and the LS1. It's a perfect combination.
  7. Look what wandered onto my driveway today while I was blowing it off. Looks like a California Trap Door Spider here in Georgia! That thing was scarry!
  8. I'd never seen those bearings before. Sounds like the added material thickness might be a true crank saver.
  9. Ha, Ebay - 12 bucks!. I ended up grinding the bolt too. Just torque it in place first then mark it for grinding. Did you see the postion of the steering rack in the backwards pump pic?
  10. Yes I've been on the road since August 05 with no problems. That second setup is really neat.
  11. Looks good, get us a pic when you get the tail on.
  12. Yea, you could cut the arms away if you were carefull, but given the chance to remove the pin and put in a fresh one with anti-seize I think it would not be the best thing to do.
  13. I gave mine away. If I hadn't it would still be for sale.
  14. The Service manual has a detail on the reaction disk. Here's a thread on a booster that had one drop. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=106841&highlight=Reaction+disk
  15. Take 2 small screwdrivers and push the white ring in hard while someone else pulls the plug out. They make a special tool, but you dont need it.
  16. My tank is full of crud too. When I first installed the new lines I had to change the filter within 5 minutes of running. I flushed it out by running the pump into a 5 gallon container and installed a new filter, but it still plugs up about every 3-500 miles of driving.
  17. Actually, it makes it dangerous! I'll be putting some toe in on the rear tomorrow for sure, then when it's driveable I'll take it to the shop for alignment.
  18. My spongy brake problem was the reaction disk. I bleed the snot out of it, replaced the MC twice to no avail. Then I bought a new booster and made sure the reaction disk stayed in place during the install and the problem was solved.
  19. Glad to see the surgery went well! Hope your feeling lots better soon!
  20. When I adjusted mine I loosened the bolt's on the spindle pin bushings. Made it a whole lot easier to adjust.
  21. Hopefully the front wont be troublesome. I'll run 225's up there and hope for the best. J, That is without spacers, just coilovers and Ross's billet 5 lug hubs. Everything fits straight up.
  22. Wheels are 18" X 8" with 245/45/18 tires. Looks like with a little fender lip rolling I could easily fit 255's under there. With the 225 lb coilovers and illuminas set at 5 there is only about 1/4" of travel on the body when I push down hard on the bumper. Guess I have to do the fronts now.
