  1. Still under construction but at least now it looks like a car. Rear wide ZG's weren't mounted since I just noticed that the d/s flare was chipped and cracked (lame!).
  2. 225 50's fronts and 265 50's on the rears.
  3. Thanks man! It'll be awhile since I'm in TX now and my car is still in CA.
  4. Sitting pretty nice using rear ZG's on the fronts. I have the BAMF flares myself with watanabe 15's custom barrels. 15x11 fronts and 15x12.5's on the rears.
  5. Does anyone know of an affordable Mobile Glass Replacement/Installation in San Diego who are able to work on S30's? Apparently Safelite is unable to work on our cars. My car is currently in the paint shop and I am trying to search for an able mobile glass company to remove my glass and install it after paint. Your help is much appreciated.
  6. Bump! Just got an Oil Pressure Gauge. I still need a 255 Walbro Fuel Pump, Mechanical Speedometer and Volt Meter.
  7. Thank you for your reply chicago240z but I'm just looking for the ones in my last post.
  8. Congratulations on the good find and welcome to the forum! I'm actually painting my car Super Black. Can't wait to see the finished product.
  9. This sticky should help you: http://forums.hybridz.org/index.php/topic/77637-s-30-door-interchange/
  10. Awesome work man! I'm hoping my car will be out of the shop too in two weeks. Can't wait to see the finished product.
  11. I didn't know that, we should warn all 240Z owners!
  12. Bump! Still looking for a few more parts: Used 5 inch Mechanical Speedometer Walbro 255 or Bosch 044 In Line Fuel Pump Used Mechanical or Electric Oil Pressure Gauge 2in. Used 2in Voltmeter Gauge Please let me know if you have any of these parts for sale.
  13. I have one off my 73 240. I have pictures on my build thread of the door. It's still connected to the car but will be removed on Monday as I am getting the car prepped for paint. Window rolls up and down with no problems.
  14. For nearly a year, I dragged my feet on the project in order to stay under budget but there have been a lot of movement in the past 3 months. The car was finally fully stripped and rolled in to my friend's shop for paint. I am still currently working on laying down Truck Lining inside the car and engine bay. We hope to finish all the prep work (finish the lining, weld the fenders, etc) within a week we will be pulling overnighters all of next week. I am hopeful that we can stick to the time line to be able to complete the paint job within 3 weeks. I will post more updates as well as the project progresses. Here are some photos of the current work:
  15. ILL!!! My car is still in the making but I'll be running a custom set of Watanabes 15x11/15x12's in gold. I was actually deciding between dark grey or midnight black for the whole car with black accents. My wife just saw yours and now her vote is on dark grey.
  16. I finally get around removing the motor with the help of my friend Nick (280Z Nick) who also built my L28ET. I don't remember being able to pull the motor out in less than 2 hours but it was sure quick. I will strip the interior and remove everything else in the car next weekend since she will be going for paint very soon.
  17. Keep up the good work! If you were local, I'd ask for you to help me on my restoration! =)
  18. damn you guys! I just wasted three hours rofl!
