i just got back from his house---he's a really great guy, and if you want some powdercoating done, he is the man to do it.....i saw a lot of his work first-hand, and it is GOOD.... im going to have to find time to take him some of my pieces.... anywho, hes got the lime green 240 that he just got done putting together the motor...we got the clutch on, tranny on, motor in and bolted down, and got the car to fire up! ive got no idea how to tune a holley 4bbl, which is on it..it idles pretty rough, but hes using autolite plugs (sorry mike!) anyways...my ? is, it puffs a little out the valve cover breather...just a very little bit...its been awile since ive assembled an engine and got it running- this is normal first run blowby, right? it SHOULD stop once she gets some miles on her and the rings seat??? seeing his car and working on another odd colored Z really made me appericiate these cars better...i love z cars i got there at 1:45, an left at 8:10- spent all day, and my reward was a nice little case of Heini!!! his wife is awesome too--very enthusastic with the Z--and she makes good sandwich rolls too!

one of them... its not that they couldnt, its that they wouldnt...they've only been riding for 6 months...and one at SEZ has allready done a wheelie on accident and fallen off at 40mph...

nope...its the MX ive heard wonderful stories about these tires....great deal for $71 a piece (got a big discount through where i work) loudness isnt a deal...i have a full 2.5 inch exhaust with straight through muffler- the car is a sports car- its loud

tire size is 225/50/16 suspension is jacked up about to where its going to stay, i think they will be fine, cause they camber in a little bit... MSA lowering springs on the car, as well as tokico HP's.... they look SEXY! now im just waiting on lugnuts anyone know where i can get centercaps with red writing on them, or better yet, the centercaps that Austin has on his 240?

did the bolts actually go all the way in? by saying this, i mean that if the surface where the bolts go on the flywheel is say, thinner, than stock, then the bolts would bottom out inside the crank, thus not get torqued properly... there was a write up somewhere on either this site or zcar.com, i cant remember....

shairff isnt to far from my house...the BEST VQ engine builder out there, period...now hes working on the HR engines rumor has it he just bought a 4wd dyno waiting on the new skyline....

yeah...you've got to make sure you remove, or cover-up previous used lables on the boxes... if ANY barcode or anything is left on the box that shouldnt be, the box WILL be routed wrong, and more than likely put on the wrong truck.

the UPS store would be held liable, not you...if they dont ask you...like we did for the 5 months that i worked there... like i said- people ship hazordous things all the time, you would be surprised...and a general person just like you or me is not going to be throwing up a red flag when we ship a box. did you know that perfume is FAA regulated HAZORDOUS material??? thats right, perfume. you arent supposed to ship it without proper identifacation. but im willing to bet you or your wife has shipped out perfume before or something like that... just like i said before, you'd be surprised....

and how much did you pay for the muffler?
