  1. I can hit 15 psi in first gear with those turbos. It does it at 6800. So its not TOO bad for big turbos. I actually wont be at the pavs either. I forgot I got turkey hunting this weekend .
  2. Yea fully custom. No kit availible. Might try to make it to the pavs this weekend, not sure yet though. Maybe if clifton heads out Ill head out. Would like to get the meth installed first. Thanks for the compliments! Thats what makes all the hard work pay off! .
  3. Here are a few shots of the fairlady after I got her together and we drove 500 miles one way to the MSA show, and autocross. As for the autocross, it needs a LITTLE bit more suspension work on the front to get it where I want it. I used to not be a fan of 2+2's but I gotta say for trips it sure is nice having that extra 12 inches or so, hehe. You KNOW you own a z car, when you have to do this, to make it on long trips, when everything doesnt seal right yet.
  4. Those mirrors, are the ORIGINAL power fender mirrors that would have came on my car. My car has power mirrors, as well as power widows. The tires are 315/35/17 on the rear and 245/45/17 on the front.
  5. Here are some quick shots of the fairlady put back together. Well mostly. I still have to adjust the hood, install the front bumper, Re-adjust muffler, install antenna, and some other little odds and ends. Anyways, heres some shots:
  6. I have adjustable lower controll arms also, WITH camber plates. I run -1 degree camber in the front, with the camber plates all the way positive. Then when I go to the track, I just loosen the camber plate bolts, and slam the camber to the limits, which is 2 degrees, so I get 3 degrees negative at the track. Then when you wanna go home, just pull the camber back out to -1 degree.
  7. Every rod in EVERY engine build needs to be checked for straight.
  8. Yes it can be straightened. It has to be done by SOMEONE who knows what they are doing, and needs to be checked on a rod checker.
  9. So jeff, that 658hp was "calculated crank HP"? What did it make at the wheels before the "error correction"?
  10. Custom. Just take your dimensions to a machine shop, should be about 50.00.
  11. I think he is talking about the monoball. Yes we use different bushings to adapt different struts.

  13. Yea stealthZ had a set of the power mirrors like it came with from the factory.
  14. Oh yea we mix custom colors all the time here, and our paint supplier we use records everything in a secure data system. But yea, I also always order more paint than I need then I store it on the shelf. It is CLOSE to HEMI ORANGE.
  15. I use the matching rear rotors, that came on the cobras. I use wilwood calipers on all four as well.
  16. You have to be EXTREMLY carefulll when balencing rods, no to get any friction involved on the stand, and make sure they are dead strait.
  17. ORANGE. Yes it was 1 in the morning last night, and a day of fumes can do that! Yea its the original color for the car, is why I weant back with that color.
  18. Well tonight I sprayed the sealer, base, and clear. I used limco supreme chems. I got the jams, doors and fenders sprayed tonight. hood, cowel cover, inspection doors, headlight buckets, lower valence and deck are all ready to be sprayed also, but I didnt want to have such a big chunk to spray at once, plus I might do something with black on the hood. I dunno if many remember my car, but it has black ZG flares as well. Anyways figured I would share the color and what not. It shows in the pics to be not so quite as red as it is in person. Enjoy!
  19. I cam across this ebay auction, it states turbo and 2+2 which is a 240mm setup, but they are listing it as a 225mm setup. Anyone know if the part number is for the 240 or 225mm setup?
  20. Whichever Justin is not able to make, I can make and send out in two buisness days. Let me know once Justin is all sold out, and I can make flanges, plentum bases, throttle body plates, etc.
