Jabari Hayes
Just bought a 82' 280 ZX slick top and am looking for LT & RT FRT Rails, floor pans, RT rear bucket where spare tire goes (Inner RT QTR Panel), LT & RT Fenders, and LT & RT Quarter Panels. Yes, I have a POS, but I love it! Bought it as a pure turd but having owned one before I know their notorious for rust.

If your roof doesn't have rust just transfer your roof and viola! Seems like slicktops are getting harder and harder to find in good shape. Makes me want to keep mine forever! Ronnieia
280zx 2+2 . I was wondering if any of you know how many automatics they made in 81? My car is automatic an I can't seem to find anyone else who has one.. And where is a good place to get T top replacement rubber?
BluDestiny
All the 280zx turbo's from 81 are automatic. Of the NA models, it's a lot less, but I don't know an exact number. I see them on CL all the time though.

Sonethirty
Random: My 82 zxt manual has a build date of early 81. Matching vin etc... Edited July 4, 2013 by Sonethirty
BluDestiny
It's an 82 so it has a manual. If the build date is after august/september I believe it was sold as the next year model. My vin plate says november 79, but the window sticker and manual say 80.

Stukinit
Oooh I have one! I have one! It's kinda patchwork at the moment (interior at least) but it's miles better than it was when I got it... First time ever seeing it: How it is now: Almost... Disbelief Coolguy.jpg And my interior, not perfect (there's 3 different cars in here at any given time) but nothing is total crap anymore. (The center console I bought new from MSA, then the paint-shop I took my car to spilled paint all over it.) Some other stuff: Painted my wheels: My friends and I after a mountain drive a while back:
