240hoke
Woke up this morning to about 3 inches of snow on the ground here at NCSU, real honest to god snow....its been snowing all day and we have about 5". This is a pretty big event for us in NC where we hardly get any snow to speak of and if we do its a slushy mess. Needless to say the sleds four wheelers and dirtbikes are out! My dog's first trip out in the snow was entertaining...she likes to eat it though:

I'm in Christiansburg, Virginia... right next door to Va. Tech/Blacksburg. Only about an inch but enough for my 2.5 year old son and 11 month old chocolate lab to romp around in. cygnusx1
Don't eat the deadly yellow snow! My 40mile commute to work "anyday" this winter.
S130Z
I just got snow for the first time in a few years here in Columbia SC. We got about an inch and a half. I haven't gone outside yet, I hate the cold.

I go to NC State for engineering. I love the snow every once in a while, it was a lot of fun messing around in it today. But I prefer the warmer weather....dont think Ill be moving any farther north. big-phil
snow is cold right? Its been years since I've seen that stuff. That International Scout looks cool! I had a 71 Ford Bronco with 3 on the tree. Watched it get crushed:( never new what I had.
jt1
Bah. It skipped over us in the western piedmont. We barely got enough to cover the ground. I enjoy one or two snows a winter, then I've had enough. jt
waddiejohn
Geez, it's only 80 degrees in Tucson and that awful sun is bearing down on us out here.
DavyZ
Yep, it's funny that 3 inches of snow in Waxhaw is enough to shut down the schools, but it is! My kids enjoyed the day off on the back of a three weekend no less and were out and about in the snow, sledding, making snowpeople, etc. Fun watching then, but I had to work, grrrr. Soundmasterg
All that weather you guys are getting we had it a couple weeks back, and it was worse than that. I told a friend in Virginia that she would get it in a week and a half and sure enough, here it is. Enjoy! BWAHAHAHA Greg
S130Z
Hey Davy, School over here gets shut down for the slightest thought of snow. School was called off mid day yesterday and we only got about an inch here in Columbia.
Cobra_Tim
I remember in early 93 when we left NC. It hadn’t snowed on our area for YEARS... but not a few weeks after we left a HUGE snow storm covered the Carolinas... Talk about bad timing
lowrider
Well, im glad someone got some. We got enough just to color things a shade of white, but not enough to have fun in.
xxjoeyxxeb
We're finally starting to get winter temps again. Losing our 80 degree weather for the past few weeks to get in the high 60's-70's with some rain.
Cobra_Tim
It was 38* in West Palm this morning. I was happy

rturbo 930
what is the white car buried under all that snow?!Looks like it might be a Miata.
240hoke
Prox - The white car is my gf's miata, then my 350z is snug and covered behind that. There is my roomies convertible blazer beside the 350z and a durango in front of that. The Scout is my roomies project, its pretty sweet, has a nice roll cage and utilitarian interior. The garage is filled with motorcycles! Too many vehicles and tooo little space....I cant wait till I have my own place! Speaking of which...took to motorcycle out today after the snow, kinda sketchy but i stayed on the main roads and was fine they did pretty good clearing the roads....what can I say I didnt wanna get the 350z dirty!!
