Have 3 leads coming from the array. One for ground, one with a higher resistor value and the other with the "standard" resistor value, both attached to the positive side. So the higher resistor lead will always be one but dimmer and when brakes are applied the positive will then use the the lead with the least resistance. idk know if what I just wrote makes any sense. I'm on meds in another country .

I just skimmed what was posted from my last post, so i might have missed a lot. I heard that ethanol damaged injectors over time as well. Something about the rubber seals degrading faster than normal because of the solvent effects it has one the oils in the rubber. if you think about it, alcohol has similar effects. I think of ethanol as a "different fuel." it is not gasoline. I know some supercars actually can produce more HP with ethanol, but MPG decreases, that's how it usually works.

On the subject of exhaust. Anyone know of a company that sells 1 inlet 2 outlet mufflers in a horizontal layout, and sound decent? I like the symmetry look.

Might not want to do this, but you could heat it slightly with a heat gun and try using a roller to gently move the paint back to place. The paint has already stretched, so there will be some "extra" paint when its rolled.

Newer engines have 2 o2 sensors (OBDII)(in most cases). One before the cat and another after. It could be that one or both are starting to get fouled. Idk, just throwing ideas

Not sure. It could be that the ethanol give off a different A/F ratio that the O2 sensors read and then causes the engine to run leaner.

Hey that looks like a honda CY or YC something Y. I have the honda monkey bike with the same engine. they make supercharger, turbo and stroker kits for these engine. And I know that some of the minibike engine are the same design. You can buy a new 140 cc replacement engine from ebay for like $300.

No one sells 50- 75 watt amps anymore. They always try to sell the bigger/better units. Thats how much you would get just from any head unit now a days. Why not just buy a head unit and run the computer through the inputs?
