Just do what my brother did when a lady turned left infront of him and she was clearly at fault. The insurance people had the same line, "well we still have to wait for the police report to see who was at fault". My brothers reply "She already admitted to a cop she was at fault and ya know, i think my neck feels like a lawyer coming on", next day an adjuster called and came out the same day. Six days after the accident he did get a sore neck and back so he collected on the medical too. It's a waiting game so document everything and be patient.

I believe that those are diodes and the 1k is a resistor.

Natural gas is the best and most efficient, when we had our coin laundry we went with all gas dryers and water heaters. Besides using a gas furnace and water heater, remember also to buy a gas dryer it's 110v compared to the 220v electric dryer. My father just recently came home from the hospital and when the weather here in Dallas was freezing a few weeks ago we had the furnace running a lot. Our gas bill for that time was only $45. Now barring another hurricane disaster giving them an excuse to raise prices, gas is cheap. Good Luck.

If your main residence is in Witchita Falls or you "technically" live there then getting green sheeted wouldn't be a problem. But if your license is in the DFW area it's as you say " a pain in the butt" to even pass a visual test. Make sure the county you will have the car in doesn't require emissions testing and all that they do is the safety inspection.

I used to have an 82 where the fan stays running after the ignition is switched off, I believe 79 to 83 all did.

I've always been fond of the Herculoids, Mightor, and the old Superfriends cartoon where the narrator is always saying "meanwhile, at the hall of justice..." Although there was a shortlived newish cartoon called Inhumanoids that was cool too.
