I did this to my Zed as well. All I did was use some left over sheetmetal and cut it to fit where the hole is. Then Just drilled a hole in it so the tail light assembly could bolt to it. Lastly I used some liquid gasket to seal the "patch" to prevent water (like it ever rains in Vegas)
Another idea for a few one offs would be a CF hood with the MSA L88 style scoop/cowl integrated in. If they offered that I would be all over that in a heart beat. Of coures I would have to sell my wife and kids
Yellow was not a rare car for the 240's or any other Z. Now the rare colors are (78 Black pearl, 79 Citrus Green, and the 80 AE's.) Of course there were some other hard to find colors in the Z31's and Z32's but who cares about them any how?
Tripple check all your vaccuum lines. I had that issue when my car had the L28ET setup and everytime I came to a stop the car stalled out. It ended up being a vaccuum line that went to my boost gauge that had a leak in it.

Does any one know if these headers will work on the LT1 in an S30? The are hookers' 2460HKR?? I have a guy that has a set for $80+ s/h and if the do that will get my car running. If for some reason it wont work then time to save up for the JTR ones.

I finally got the JTR mounts done now I cant seem to get the engine installed correctly. I am using the stock exhaust manifolds and for some reason they keep hitting the rails. Do I need to get center dump manifolds or are the stock ones usable?
