  1. Ok, I'm not turbo'd but I would like to have my taurus fan and electric water pump run for a bit longer than the car, so what better way to do so than to have a turbo timer control them. This is what I was thinking. I just have a quick question as to the wiring. http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/FATT.pdf according to the install diagram on page 4, if I wire the "ON" wire to the fan and water pump relays, this should do the trick, right? Accessory wire tells the timer that the key is in the ignition, the ON wire keeps the car running or in this case pump and fan on. correct me if I am wrong
  2. NOT MUCH FOR INFO OUTSIDE THAT ARTICLE. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE A WEBSITE.
  3. really.... Actually I think I am going to do what you did. Mine didn't come with the rod end and when I posted that, I didn't know what it was called. lol.
  4. I hate all these stupid little issues I am having. I just got the Tilton 7/8" master and pedal assembly out of a standard Z, mine was originally auto. What are you guys using to attach the master to the pedal???
  5. 2.2, 2.4, and 2.0. 2.2 puts out around 140hp NA, 2.4 about 175hp NA, and the 2.0 at about 236hp turbo and 210hp supercharged. There is an m62 kit for the 2.2 put out from GM by eaton. The stock Saab turbo kits are relatively easy to put on the 2.2 as well.
  6. This guy hasn't responded to a single question since he posted this, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer...

  9. I generally don't like the plastic covers over the housings but they complete the projectors! NICE!
  10. Well I've done it again. Blew my cash in other places. Bought a new truck and have been doing an entire sound system upgrade, the bose system sux! At least the engine, tranny, and car are all together now. I bought the pedals to convert the car into stick and I also have an LS1 camaro engine bay harness so I can fuse that with my engine harness. Just gotta do it! For the price of my sound system upgrade I could have had the headers. Oh well.
  11. Gawd damn, that thing is mean! Looks like you pulled the front off the ground at about the 12 second mark.
  12. lol that my lil pony sig looks tons larger than my sig ever was! I think I'll keep it
  13. Bill Hahn and his kid are both great people. They made it out to the GM Tuner Bash last year and we were all out till about 4am drinkin and BSin. They had their sunfire with them. If you give them a call they can lead you to the right direction. There is a fairly large aftermarket for these motors, they can handle themselves quite well stock, and they can be had for a dime a dozen. ecotecforum.com j-body.org ecotecpower.com allecotec.com - site owner is one of the most honest guys you will meet
  14. I wanna kno toooooooo! what fans are those? that rad looks thick as hell! that front mount is a beast!
  15. the iron block eco was never anything that made it over to the states. Ecos did originate in europe as a joint venture with GM and Fiat. That opel motor is indeed an ecotec. Bart, is that your car? I am curious as to which transmission is bolted to it.
  16. thats horrible. I would buy it just to burn it!
  17. how the hell do you expect to hook? Is that thing tubbed? What rear?
  18. ok, just curious cause I know there have been fitment issues with some intakes, that not being one of them that I have heard of anyway.
