  1. Not sure if he makes a bolt in type of assembly for the front but, he certainly has the kit so you can adapt them to the strut housing you have on there now. If you search the board you'll find several post about how to make (assemble) coilovers.
  2. The 84 ZX injectora are not 370cc. You can use the old SVO mustang injectors (370cc) but, they have to be modified a little. If you do some searching on the net there is a site that tells how to do this.
  3. Thats almost the best part of a project. Every time I start a new non run of the mill project my wife ask how much is this going to cost us? Ok, now how much are the tools going to cost us? I love tools. Wish I had more.
  4. I say go for it. If I had a chance to travel like that with my family in tow I know I would take it. The Z can wait just a little while.
  5. Heres one from Motorsport Auto http://www.zcarparts.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=60-9921
  6. If you have to pull the cover off take the time to make yourself a tensioner stop for the next time you need it. Thats what I did and it has come in handy several times in the last few years.
  7. I've heard of several guys getting the tensioner back in using the above mentioned method. Looks like the " holding your mouth right" part of the post may be the key to the hole thing. Any other luck charms would be good also.
  8. Hate to say it but, it sounds like the tensioner has gotten the best of you. It happened to me several years ago.
  9. that was crazy!!! Wish it had more details
  10. I had a 2+2 once and it rode better than the 2 seater with the exact same spring and shock combo.
  11. Hey Yasin, what did you do for a stop for the bottom of the threaded coller?
  12. Take a look at this thread it has some good info in it about the settings and such for the ZX. I still haven't gotten mine back together yet but, will in the next month or so.
  13. I had a '79 years ago with manuel rack and I don't remember it being much different than the power system but, it also had a much larger steering wheel than what I have on the power system now in my '82.
  14. I did basically the same thing that Yasin did. http://www.angelfire.com/space/nismo1turbo/indexturbo.html
  15. Not sure about the crossmember but, my power steering feels like crud without the pump hooked up.
  16. That was a good idea. Hadn't thought of that. Mine looked good so I just relubed them and put the one that I've finished back together.
  17. Are you talking about where the needle bearings are? I regreased mine with the red stuff that came with the rebuild kit.
