Sorry for the two non-Z posts in one night, but you guys are the best. Here's the deal, I replaced an engine in my sisters car recently, which is a '94 Toyota Camry, and now I have a hose that goes to something, but I have no idea what! It is a hose coming off the throttle body pointing downwards at 6 o'clock. It's called the Air Assist Hose and it attaches to the IAC valve on the throttle body. There is actually three hoses below the throttle body, this hose is the middle one. The other two are Water Bypass hoses.
If anyone has a '94 Camry, it would be so helpfull if you could just look and see what this hose attaches to or better yet, if you have a digital camera, could you take a picture? I am at the end of my rope with this. I went through the entire Haynes repair manual for any pictures that showed where this hose might go, but no luck. What's even more wierd, is that there is no place left for this hose to attach to, everything is connected and the car runs great! Ahhh! This is the first time I ever had something like this happen, I just don't get it. The sooner I get this figured out, the sooner I get my GNZ on the road.
