  1. there is no need for the 60mm tb at those hp levels. 1. Take junkyard l28e(t) 2. Add MSnS 3. Add wideband 4. Free flowing exhaust 5. intercooler 6. BOOST!! Factory suporting component should be good for 275whp.....
  2. i did and i know.... The falure cant be atributed to the rods though. As far as I am concerned L28 rods are good for 600.
  3. I know for a fact a certain junkyard L28 short block has done 600whp.
  4. And crank is forged. Factory fods good to 600+whp. Pistons tend to melt....
  5. I assume you are running SUs? You will need 2 nozzles then. Yes, I am also running nitrous on my turbo motor. I would start with a 50shot and work up from there slowly.
  6. This is more what you would be looking for. Also this... http://www.broadfootracing.com/Knife-edged_Crank_3.JPG
  7. I did 334whp and 384wtq with a junk yard L28e that I turbo'd. Whats the problem?
  8. window switch, fuel pump, colder plugs, plugs gapped coprrectly, wot switch, correct install. There is more I am sure.

  10. Beautiful!!! This is exacly why people stay broke anymore. Not saying the OP is broke just saying if money is tight you should only be focused on your DD and keeping it reliable.
  11. If doen right I dont see why it could not handle a 150 shot maybe more.
  12. That power can be had on factory turbo everything. I would add an intercooler though.
  13. Now this is where I was looking for this thread to go!
  14. think its more like.... 1-- --2 -3- -4- --5 6-- I think thats right but I could be wrong. edit: ok, paul got to it before me so yeah, this is right^
  15. I have lost all intrest in this thread in all of an hour....
  16. No reason to get an attitude. I am fully aware that the crank will have some say in what the fireing order can be BUT it does not set the fireing order. That is the cams job, period.
