  1. THEN YOU DID IT WRONG!!! The regulator goes after the fuel rail!! If the fuel is getting to the regulator then fuel IS getting to the injectors. On a factory setup. This tells me you connected the lines all wrong somehow......Oh, sounds like you have the fuel feed and return lines backwards. Switchem!!
  2. Well then you ned to verify your getting injector pulse. If you are then it sounds to my like too high of a fuel presure is causing too rich of a fuel mixture to fire. You should pull the spark plugs. I suspect they are drenched in fuel. Also if you have spent alot of time trying to start the motor you may have washed down the cylinder walls and may not have any compression left.
  3. So, how do you know you have no fuel after the regulator? You need to use a noid light to check for injector pulse. What is the pressure before the regulator? dont tell us "its pretty high". So with the fule line comming from the fuel pump/filter disconected there is fuel FLOW comming out when you turn on the key?
  4. Have you checked to make sure your injectors are even firing? Do you have injector pulse? What is the fuel pressure in the rail? What efi are you using? Factory fuel rail? Please fill us in on your car...
  5. Well I am not sure how seriously you could trust the stamping as my buddies L29 is stamped just that....L29 and in the same font and everything.

  7. That is why I kept all the vin plates & titles for all the cars I have scraped over the last few years, lol. I have probably a dozen left for all years s30.
  8. turbochargers did my buddies z32tt turbos with less than a week turn around for under $275 each! I would have just waited the week to save the extra cash.....
  9. Because I am running e-fans and have a rediculous intercooler infront of the radiator and it is currently 97* here in houston!!! I am wanting to re-route my intercooler pipe under the oil pan so I can run th estock mechanical fan though. I might try that first. I want this car worthy of road race with out having to worry about it getting hot.

  11. I drive the car once every1-2 weeks so I doubt I got used to it. I still smell it but I dont think it is very bad. My 79zx I had full exhaust and stunk really badly!
  12. Well do you have a core or are you looking to buy a turbo straight up? If you have a core send it to http://www.turbochargers.com If you dont have a core, well buy a better turbo than one that was developed over 25yrs ago!!

  14. I think that qualifies as an operator problem, lol. Any way, the z31t is dead now, lol. He has 4 spark plugs come apart on a 50 shot. I posted a video of it in the non tech section for those that are intrested.

  19. E85 will require nearly twice as much fuel flow for the same power levels.
  20. its funny, I have about 36" of exhaust off my turbo and I dont think its that bad inside. And I dont even have a hatch seel lol.
  21. I am sitting right over 25.....if I counted right.
