  1. Would i be able to get one, say 1'x1' for the hood of my car and the trailer?
  2. when i removed the spindle pin from a friends s30, we put the spindle in the vice and put the control arm on the bench to counter act the force of hitting it with a hammer, then we bought a gallon of PB, broke out the oxy/acy torch, got the metal VERY hot, poured some PB on it, let it soak for 7 minutes, took a 10 pound sledge whacked it for 5 minutes. Ended up repeating that process about 4 time and it finally came out. When i pulled my own spindle pins by myself, I got two gallons of PB in a small bucket and let the entire spindle soak, from a couple inches on the control arm to the entire spindle itself for about 24 hours, then i put it in the press. after about 30 minutes with the torch and even more PB, it came out fairly easy.
  3. tape off the chrome with two layers and bead blast them?
  4. I remember someone, putting a set of tripples on his rb25 a couple years back, but i don't remember what manifold he used or what he did.
  5. I use alumna-seal from vatozone, comes in a little tube. It's just basically a bunch of extremely fine aluminum shavings. It's saved my ass a couple times.
  6. How much did you pay for the car?
  7. Yes, use this for your main hoop, then run a bar from the top of the hoop to the strut towers, then you can either x those two bars going to the shock towers, or weld a roll cae tube between the two, or both. Here's a good thread to get you started. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=152123
  8. I'd hang on to those, you have mikuni 44's with velocity stacks, old school borg warner air cleaners, two jet kits and a rebuild kit. I would say dollar wise about $1200
  9. Thats one way to put it. NSWTP has a point though, that harness is going to do more damage then good in a wreck, regardless if it's installed correctly or not. And the only way to correctly install a harness is by either a welded in harness bar or welded in roll bar.
  10. No one has tried soaking them for 24 hours in a bucket PB blaster?
  11. (nissan and alfa romeo where the first manufactures to use VVT in productions models)
  12. By themselves they are, It's kinda difficult to pull them out.
  13. A single wheel weight wouldn't produce such a big vibration, how do all of your bushings look? jack up the rear of the car, grab the wheel and try and pull it/lift it up and see if their is any play. I was going to guess wheel bearings as well.
  14. Lol, it just dawned on me what a/c condenser does.....
  15. I'm going on a hunch that this is for an l28et?
  16. But that is false, the heart is stopped during open heart surgery. if we really want to spread the stupid, then why not invite some people over from zcar.com or classiczcar?
  17. Would it be possible to turn it into a three piece spoiler and have the sides come out and down on the rear 1/4's?
  18. What i do, is to take the filer plug off and run a hose from the filler hole to the engine bay and hose clamp a funnel to the hose.
  19. I'm glad i live a thousand miles away from oregon.
  20. I would bet you need to bleed the master cylinder and brakes. When a master goes out The usual symptoms are the pedal going to the floor with no pressure, or going to the floor with very little pressure build up.
