Sorry man, but I don't see how those cars look a like at all. The 350z did have a resemblance, though the demensions were different. The 370z, not so much.
I had a chance to see the car in person over the weekend.....I like a LOT better in person. the car has some curves as the fender rises and then drops down past the "A" pillar and through the "B" pillar and then back up to the "C" pillar. Very nice. Reminds me a lot more of the curves on an S30. I expected to hate the headlamps, but they are not as bad in person. I like that is looks stockier and more muscular than the 350z.
I will probably purchase one of the next year's models.
Style points is what they give the guy that finished second.
As far as I can tell, in Tucson drifting seems to be waning. Ax and Road Racing are getting more and more popular. Maybe a lot of the younger guys got into motorsports through drifting and are now migrating to the other forms for racing.
Agreed. I see a lot of Z heritage cues in the z4. Didn't BMW try to take the "Z" as a trademark of their own? I thought Nissan and BMW had a battle over it when Nissan discontinued the Z in '96.
Sure makes me wish Fernando Alonzo had a better car throughout the whole campaign.....Hamilton did what he had to do to win it, hats off to him. Massa, drove like a champion all season, team mistakes cost him dearly.
