Techno Toy Tuning sells a kit to bolt up a Q45 diff. Then you would have to buy 4 q45 axles to make the required 2 axles and some adapter's. What kinda power are you gonna put down ?

Bought a set of leather and power(driver's only) RX8 seats for $250. I hope to get them installed soon. The hump is definitely gotta come out or be modified for them to work ! Any suggestions or anyone in Socal want to come give me a hand ?

I was thinking of RX8 seats or 350z seats. I can get 1 of each(driver's) right now for $100. I've searched and I'm leaning towards the RX8 seat.

Welcome to the site ! I also live in Communist Money Hungry Bastard Kali. There is tons of info on here for the swap. I'm doing it in a 74' 260z which has a stronger chassis so I'm told but not sure. Regardless of the 2 chassis's you can buy reinforced chassis parts and weld them on. R200 or R230 are good choices and are bullet proof, you would just have to figure out strong enough axles. An auto tranny is forgiving on the axles but if your like me and want to bang through the gears strong axles and stub axles are necessary.

This is what I have so far ! They need a little adjustment but I am satisfied.

My dad might be interested, he saw my gauges and was impressed. He has to sell his Autometer's first ! I'll get with you after we sell them.

I recieved my Speedhut gauges today and I'm so happy with everything ,they are Awesome !!! ihiryu, hooked me up with some huge savings from Speedhut and handled everything ! All I did was tell him what I wanted and he did the rest at a great price(I got a programmable speedo w/turn signals and custom text, Tach w/shiftlight and custom text). I post pics after work tonight ! Speedhut took roughly about 3 weeks to make everything the way I want its weel worth the wait ! My man ihiryu is a good guy with great communication and I recommend him if you want some speedhut gauges or anything else !

I have my driver's seat mounted but I don't have the doors on at the moment. My problem is that I sit high in the seat. There is maybe 1/2in of clearance from the top of my head the the roof. The seat is mounted in the stock mounts and I'm 6'0 tall. I'm not sure how to fix that other than cutting out the stock mount and have custom lower mounts installed. I have some ebay fake suede black seat with red stitching.

3.54 it is then ! I think I can find the gearing I want in my local JY cheaper than $65 .

It has a turbo LS 4.8 waiting for it soon to be mated to a t56 tranny ! I just trying to deaden the blow of the power a little.

I'm looking for an aftermarket steering Hub Boss(adapter). I found some on ebay for good price but they are in Thailand and I'm not yet will to pay $85 for a momo. So if you have one for a decent price let me know ! Its for a 74' 260z (late model).

Thats cool then. Why not get a known good gauge from someone selling parts or take a chance with a junkyard gauge ? Plugging a gauge into the radiator does not tell you what temp the engine is. It will only read the temp of the fluid in the radiator.
