  1. Is the T67 have a divided turbine housing? Can't wait to see the results. Regards, Justin
  2. WOWZA!!! I love it. How much does your car weigh. Must be pretty light with the tube front end with fiberglass body! Regards, Justin
  3. I'm hearing that I will have a prototype this next week, then I need to verify the proto. Sorry that this is taking so long. I don't think I will be using this supplier in the future. Regards, Justin
  4. Nice Video! I love how it just rockets away once you get traction! What are the details on the motor build? Justin
  5. The major fabrication portion of the job would be the front suspension and driveshafts. I would think adapting the skyline R32-R34 double wishbone suspension would be doable. Justin
  6. So is the compression and rebound both increased when you use turn the adjustment knob? Regards, Justin
  7. I found the prices over at betamotorsports: http://www.betamotorsports.com/products/index.html
  8. From what I've read, all of the "engine masters" competitors from this year like the Magnaflow mufflers for best power. I think the top 10 guys there were all using maganflows. That should tell you something. "EVERYONE a the Engine Master contest used Magnaflow mufflers. I did test several others, but NONE were better on a 750 HP engine. The H pipe ,or X pipe setup is just for WEAK SUCK small blocks ( 302 Fords )It helps low speed power ( 4000 and less )Most BB anything have too much low speed power allready ( hense, you do not need it )A few years ago, I did some dyno testing on a 454 street motor. He brought his entire mandrell bent 3 inch exhaust, with the famous X pipe. Compared to my dyno headers, it LOST power every where. Poor guy, he spent 900 dollars on the trick exhaust pipes. Since I found out how good the Magnaflow stuff is, I always run all my dyno testing with mufflers. JOE SHERMAN RACING ENGINES" http://speedtalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7074 Regards, Justin
  9. Did you lower the car? Looks really good Phil! You are always doing something to that car! Whats next up on the Todo list? Justin
  10. I have the following at the shop for you to weigh: 2JZGE with Auto Transmission (We can pull it apart and just weigh the longblock too. Audi 5 cylinder 20v shortblock + loose 20v head. Powerglide, TH400, and toyota 2jz auto transmissions I'd really like to yank out the impreza 1.8L engine I have in this wrecked car. I hear those are very light. Regards, Justin
  11. What ever happen to Ross' 40 spine stubs? I thought he was working on that for you? Justin
  12. Here's that gt4094r dyno: http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/images/release100306/gt4094rdyno1.gif
  13. So which model Mitsubishi did you get ball joints from? I'm going to pick up a set and take the whole assembly to the machine shop this next week to get things sorted out. Regards, Justin
  14. But then you have to check the strut tube length as well as the hub to steering rack mating up. From what I've read, the amount of caster needed is highly dependent on which wheel/tire combo you are running. I will likely just settle for a middle of the road caster angle since I wont be able to easily adjust it. Justin
  15. Yeah, the number 1 thing would be not to embarass him. I wouldn't even bring up what you "think" he has been doing. Just talk to him in general about girls and that sort of thing. Justin
  16. Damn, I was just looking and there isn't much selection for tire selection for street rubber. The widest street tire I found was a 245/45-16. This would make a great set of road racing wheels with 255/50 or 275/45 hoosiers. Justin
  17. It just looks like a clean way to get rid of the T/C rod to me. I'm not sure that you'd gain much from a "sticktion" standpoint in freedom of movement. Justin
  18. I'm interested in adapting a set of 2nd Generation RX7 FC front lower control arms to my 280z. Attached are some pictures of a 240z owned by marcg: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/563982/2 He went ahead and built a subframe to mount the control arms to. I would simply like to make mounting points that are permanent. What are peoples thoughts on doing this? 2nd generation RX7 control arm, Mitsubishi ball joint, stock 240Z strut and steering knuckle, 84 Z31 AE spindle. Regards, Justin
  19. I really love the front suspension and brake setup! I'm going to have to look at fabbing something like that up for my car! Justin
  20. Z-Gad, If the Draglites won't work, Rota Rb 15X8 should clear your wilwood brakes. Not sure how you feel about running a cast wheel though. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=123375 http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=123538 Regards, Justin
  21. Looks really nice. I'm really wondering on these wide tires and wheels how much rubbing you will experience? Did you have to raise up the car for clearance of the wider wheels? This does seem like a great value for a wide street wheel combo! Justin
  22. Saw this RB26 with gt4780 chart over at supraforums. Maybe if you solve some of your oiling issues you can rev it out and have a wide powerband:
  23. Honestly that is pretty good spool for a GT4202 with 1.28 a/r. Are you planning on reving the car higher while racing? I'm thinking of trying the gt4202 1.15 a/r for my 2jzge motor. Justin
