  3. So i take it that if i wanted to run individual coils i would need wolf 3d? Take i would still use this "ford" system if i could use aftermarket coils instead of the stock one
  4. IMO A turbo Sometimes will be more reliable than a Built up N/A motor

  6. I would like to see a Correct weight of the 20B and 13b Wet with manifolds Alright First off theres alot of Oh i read this site blah blah blah have the information in this thread is probally wrong. I doubt manifolds way 300 pounds. This thread needs to be deleted or closed.

  9. Great Topic Ill Spell out what type of setup i want to be running The motor im choosing is a CA18DET its slightly lighter than the sr20det 20 pds ive heard and can make only slightly less power. The reason i choose the motor is it will be able to make my hp requirements 340 HP and will also be light and be behind the cross member. The motor also should have a redline of around 9k which is excellent for a track car. For the motor setup its going to be a bit expensive. I want to run a COP setup or something with a coil for each cylinder. The car will also be running on race gas only so this should help somewhat. I think when you look at a motor you should think to yourself what do i want High hp? Low Weight? Reliabilty? this should make choosing a engine much easier becuase theres a large list of vehicles oh and btw i would not recommend the CA18DET for a daily driver im building this z strictly for track use i cant say anymore

  11. Its pretty well known that the Independent rear suspension isnt the best for drifting It has been done though keep us updated
  12. Would This be good for applications pushing upwards of 350 Hp Im surprised there isnt a Standalone Ecu that has this built in yet
  13. Im still confused by the oil system in it So theres no way to get a more stock system i dont want to do the oil in the gas becuase i could forget or something

  19. I Love the cage its so awesome. I have to ask though how much did it cost for all of whats been done so far like materials bender etc i plan on making a cage aswell and just might borrow/steal your design

  21. Im Currently Working on my Z and was Wondering How would i go about removing the rear bumper Its a 280Z 76 Ive removed the side bolts and such i want to remove the bumper shocks aswell so if anyone has had experience please share

  23. So its slow from a stop? Have a look at getting the tranny fluid changed that could help somewhat im not to informative on the auto's i hope someone will chime in Pop N Wood: What exactly was the point of that?
  24. Pickup and Pull is your friend I could get a tranny for a sentra so cheap at the local pnp To bad though really ive never heard of those things going bad
