It would be much cheaper to switch your rear end put in a higher/lower ratio depending on what you want. and tag in a 5 Speed BW. But Hey its your car do what you want :0

And im quite sure it probally cost that guy more than the SR20DET to make that power.I bet the SR20 could make that much horsepower for less money than the KA. Becuase the SR has a more stout bottom end at a better head The KA is not built for breathing as people already mentioned. The guy probally has substantial mods, and probally costs thousands of dollars The KA is a good motor if built right, Its cheap easy to come by etc. but when it comes to raw power the SR will also beat it

Well Ill tell you what Bullshit i Dealed with from my previous owner over $500 in unpaid DMV Fine's No the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ didnt help us with them, He blew up the stock motor and put a 2.6 litre l series in place :|, Egr was broken and a stick was used to plug it, Entire motor had oil starvation problems. was missing on like 2 cylinders. Fuel pump was broken. Wiring is entirely different story, The stock Radio wiring was destroyed and id probally have to rewire the entire thing. Tires where shitty etc etc I could go on atleast it was only $500 and it was completely rust free I got played big time. I was young and foolish. I really hope you guys have better luck. And remember Check over the car's extensively before you buy them

Id like to point out that This spot of the car is where there is the least metal stopping an impact. This is one of the main reason's i support rollcages going around the door area. Take in mind though that he wrapped it around a pole this probally isnt going to be a collison most people do, And if it where a car it would look alot better than it did in this becuase of contact area just adding my 0.02 cents

Weak Spark, Incorrect Timing, Timing belt slipped a tooth Etc Etc Just some ideas to look at first!

Funny Thing the B Series are known to have exploding heads upwards of 400hp If not built right ofcourse those motors cant take detonation too well

Honestly the Original Halogen looks amazing to my eyes, Really one of the things that sets the Z apart But Hey whatever floats your boat!
