1.5 hrs to prime/block/seal, then still paint/clear ? My painters at minimum get 3.5 hrs for a bumper :/

There is other body fillers that are just are inexpensive as bondo brand evercoat Z-grip for example is a great filler. sands and spreads well. And very affordable.

Personally I would maybe do a light tint. But a,b or d either way your car is going to look great.

Like 310 said helmets expire. My spec-1r expired. When i was looking for a new helmet i saw that suomy had their new apex line out. There was no reviews out So i decided to try it. It's a great helmet but one thing is it's way more noisy than my Suomy spec-1r.

I'm looking for the bezels around the taillights and a set of tailights, or one right side tailight (passenger side). Ok if they need a little refinishing, as long as they are not busted/broken . I'm located in San Diego. Thanks

I replaced the rocker panel end only. What I did was clean off the paint where the spot welds would be. Then took a grinding wheel and grinded through the metal till the weld broke, and that way I didn't put a hole in the bottom metal. After everything was off I cleaned up everything to test fit it. It is very important you have the door on when fitting it so the gaps look good. Put some weld-thru primer on it and weld it up. Oh I added por-15 under the panel before I welded it back up. The grey stuff is por 15, and gold is weld thru primer. I hope this helps somehow.

I purchased another Z for parts, and sitting in the hatch area was a GM V8 that I believe is out of a pontiac. The lady I bought it from says what she was told " it's a 400 and it came out of a pace car." I'm just trying to get rid of it and looking for some information so I know how much to ask for.

I bought a pump from kragen/autozone that screws on to pretty much any quart size bottle. The syphon one didnt work for me either. Then I just got under the car and removed the fill plug (or the sensor right next to it, if the fill plug is frozen) and pump it in that way. It worked real well for me.

I've seen them outside and inside. I like to think they fit better on the inside. As for the wrinkels they are pretty flimsy. They bend in the air quite a bit, I wouldn't be surprised if they wrinkle just a tad.

May I ask where your getting the engine from? I can't seem to find a sr20 for that

I would keep it, and maybe make like a deflector? I dunno but it looks better with it.

For the driveshaft I used a standard bolt that was 5/16 X 1 1/4. Just threw a lock washer and a nut on it, It hasnt been a problem for over a year.

Also want to add that if you cannot get the actual plug off, you can take off the reverse light switch and fill through there. Ive done it a few times.

2900? That steep if it's just a red top SR. 1800 should get you a red top motorset. 2100 should get you a red top front clip. Look around pandagarage.com for a price guideline. Just fyi, I bought a front clip from Jimmy before and friends have also. He's really chill and every engine that we have gotten has been great.

They fit just fine, have one on my 77 and had one on my 75. So yes they DO fit.

I know exactly what your talking about. I believe its called a top hat. If im not mistaken the rears are different in 240z vs. 280z. 280z are taller. As for knowing if any others fit I have no clue. Good Luck.
