  1. rochester overnight plating on cairns street.
  2. i have an aftermarket a/c single v-groove pulley available. if you cover shipping and what i paid to have it blasted and plated [$5] it's yours. it was made to fit inside of the inner diameter of the stock crank pulley and comes with a longer bolt, which goes through it and the crank pulley to attach it. it also has 2 allen head screws that go though it into factory tapped holds outboard of the center hole to keep it spinning at the same rate as the crank pulley pm or email me; one_tuffz@yahoo.com pic makes it look a bit worse. can be installed as is or paint / powdercoat. shows longer bolt and allen head screws
  3. me thinks you needa user id change. lemme z, how about "video phil". love vids, keep them coming. how about a nice boosted burnout vid?!
  4. nice pics of some nice z [and assorted nissan] cars, thanks for the effort!
  5. did u find one yet? if not, i have one email or pm me.
  6. took a family trip to nyc this past weekend and stayed with clive and his family. got to see the new evilz in person at rags place, very nice indeed! i know my tuffz is jealous... while there we got to visit the uss intrepid, empire state building, canal street, chinatown and little italy. sunday, cygnus was at clives place so we were [finally] able to meet in person and i got to see his amazingly clean 280z. overall it was a great weekend and i look forward to our next visit!
  7. i believe the plastic fender liners only came on the 76 and later z's. i know they did not come on the 240z.
  8. i have both sides but without pulling my door panel on my 73 can't tell which is L or R. can u snap a pic of the one you need-either email it to me or post it here?
  9. i've been following this thread from the beginning and thinking, 'another hid kit that i can't build' but, keeping an open mind i kept reading and with the pics feel that this might find a home in my z. the lighting pattern looks fantastic! it looks like purchasing the components will run; hid / bulbs /wiring $269, lenses $52.80 each [from truck werks] about $379.60 + shipping from both places. so somewhere around $400 for the parts. it also appears that the install is not overly complex. fricfrac, when you have the opportunity, it would be great to see pics of your housings, wiring and other pics you feel would help those of us that are less electrically inclined. additionally, would you be able to arrange a group buy on the housings for us hybridz members?

  14. mike, i have some of the parts you are looking for as well as su carbs with intake and an air cleaner. either pm or email me, i'm in rochester.
  15. point taken [and previously considered] as i would only use the 'gift' feature with someone i trust and/or have a solid transaction history with. otherwise, the [limited] protection pp provides is a benefit.
  16. i discovered a way to avoid the paypal fee they charge to receive funds. this works great when you know someone and are simply sending $ to one another-like we do with group buys and so forth. when you click the tab 'send money' then about 1/2 way down the page you can choose either the 'purchase' tab or 'personal' tab. of course, purchase is the default. select the 'personal' tab and then the 'gift' radio button. complete the remaining blanks, hit 'send' and your funds are now transferred unmolested!
  17. check out torvec and the isotorque diff they have...
  18. got my new lca's from TTT [techno toy tuning] last week and was able to use my friends lift this morning to get them installed. pretty straightforward install. after i received the lca's i gave gabe a call to ask about the washers. they designed the lca's to have a slightly wider span than the strut they mount to so there is space to allow adjustability [if your car was hit or just not completely square]. we meaured diagonal or cross from the front lca mount points to the bottom of the rear struts and found that the left side was about 1/8" greater. move one washer and now equal. pretty simple and i like the ease of adjustability for both toe and camber-on car. will get the z aligned tuesday and give the new lca's a good workout next weekend at watkins glen! old suspension arizona z lca vs. techno toy tuning [ttt] lca's new ttt lca's installed [exhaust in the way as well...] yes, the old azc lcas will be for sale shortly. the plan is to have them replated and looking pretty again then available.
