    Me to. I'm in the middle of the same type of problem solving with my extreme under hood temps. I have twice the turbo/ exhaust plumbing heat to extract out from under my hood... I wish I could go with the hood ZT-R is. It's going to look menacing...

    Is that clacking sound coming from the pass side bearing? It looked to me like there is play between the diff case and bearing holder thingie (forgot what its called) BTW, the play does look like a normal amount of play on the pinion gear using my eye...
