There is a member here on this board selling crank collars to address the short oil pump drive on the early r32 rb26dett motor. He is selling a rear head drain fitting also, that allows the oil to return to the pan more efficiently.

Thanks for everyone's input... it's greatly appreciated! Brandon, is that turbo like the one he removed and went to a smaller version? I thought I remembered reading where he had too much turbo there at one point, and swapped out to a smaller turbo, which very well may be the one he currently now has . I really like the response and street level powerband I now have with the twins, its just everythings tight in there with all the required piping and such. I'd like to try and choose the right single, that will give me pretty much what I'm now getting with the twins, but alot less heat, and a cleaner look under the hood. Brandon, do you know of anyone running that turbo on a 2.6 - 3.0L six? BTW, to the question if the motor is built.... I really haven't put that info out there very often, but my motor has all the goodies, inside and out, to support almost any turbo I'd want to try on it. My 264/9.7 cams would limit big numbers though. I'm really not interested in shooting for the sky with this car/motor. I'm happy with what power its got right now, (what ever it is) so I'm not really in the market for a huge turbo... thanks again guys

On those shorter axles you found, what does the 5 bolt star pattern axle look like before you remove anything? Whats on the other end of it? BTW, thanks very much for that info you provided.

Yes, that's the end cap. The ones you will receive will have a raised portion I believe, made into the end cap, that serves as the stop... Someone please correct me if I got that wrong.

Looks to me like he just scuffed off the discoloration the arms get on the ends of the contact patch from the cam not touching there. I also have used rocker arms that were used, with no issues whats so ever. Long as the rocker arm has a centered pad, and there is no damage to it (like a flat spot in the center of the arch) I feel there is nothing to be gained by buying new ones (unless its a no holds bared build).
