  1. I think what your talking about is shown on the part JSM posted. The threaded in pipe fitting is part of the heater hose set up if I remember correctly. You should be able to reuse yours, or Jeff may be nice enough to include that piece...
  2. Lots.... be careful with that sucker Just think, I've got two of those suckers... ~click~
  3. I asked her today, point blank.... do I have a mileage limit? She said no, so I guess I'm lucky. It's not my daily driver anymore, so it doesn't really matter for me... I'm just thankful we are able to get our Z's covered for what they are truly worth!
  4. Well I guess I just got hosed... I got a online policy from Hagarty for $20,000 appraised value full coverage for $351.00 yr. They don't have a mileage limit, but do require you to have other vehicles in your name and insured. It's suppose to be only used as a part time, low mileage driven car. I got full coverage with it. Uninsured, medical etc. Now I can cancel the State Farm Liability I had on it, and save the $40 a month that was costing me...
  5. They are regular threaded. They were just properly torqued, thats all. Give it all you got, they will break loose.... Are you using a impact gun?
  6. Nice going... it's definitely worth that!
  7. Found this on a Australia site....
  8. Looks good to me. If you wanted to fit it the other way around, just wack off the strait ends and have two tight radius 90's on instead.
  9. I used the included rails. I had to move a couple holes over a tadd (just drilled new holes into floor braces). Took me all of 10 min. per side to install...
  10. Got around to removing my new leather seats I had just barely installed,to try these cheapo seats out.... They fit quite well. I'll use them until they fall apart, or fade out, then put the good ones back in...
  11. Looking great! just touch up the lower pan and it'll be rockin.... BTW.... why does everybody mask their license plate tag/number??
  12. I've emailed them to let them know thats not a 79-83 air dam, and after acknowledging they were not sure, they still have it wrong. Other than that, it looks to be a nice piece (if that's the one you get).
  13. Sounds like a good solution to a common issue. Fortunately I don't have that problem, using a Tec3r standalone. The HKS set up you have requires the use of the oem igniter?
  14. Interesting... first time I've seen the quad attempt. It will be a challenge to seal all that up, so water won't kill them. What are you doing for a front cover/shield? Good start. Keep the pic's coming....
  15. I have two spare FS5R30A trans in my shop. One has the cable type assy, the other has the electronic type speedo drive assy. They were both sold to me (at different times) as Z31 88-89 turbo Z trans. I can pull them both and take pics if needed?? If that will help, since they are identical to the RB25det trans...
  16. +1 For The Kumho Ecsta MX tires... Look in my sig for pics showing them...
  17. It's on the way to you... just pass on the favor to the next HybridZ guy in need...
  18. I had a supper white 91 TT with 60,000 orig miles on it that I kick myself in the butt for selling. I bought it from a friend (orig owner) that made that car his obsession. It was so spotless, from being a garage queen, it was hard to let go. He took it to a Chevy dealer to trade on a new 4WD Blaizer, or something, and the dealer only offered $5,000 for it. He said F u and called me up and said I'm at the dealer, and this is what they offered me, so if you want it for the same, I'd rather you have it... I drove it for about 1,000 mi in a year, then sold it for $15,500
  19. It's the damage along the edge I'd be concerned with. I had forged pistons one time with det damage, and the top edge was distorted downward and pinched the ring land to where the rings did not have the proper clearances...
