211K, 6 Speed needs rebuild, $2K. Do I run and get it as fast as I can? Or wait for something with less mileage and no rebuild on Trans?

Has issues, not cosmetically perfect, but is entirely drive-able.
Transmission could use a rebuild, has syncro issues. Gears will sometimes grind even if clutch is fully engaged, this can be avoided by shifting slowly and smoothly.
Engine runs surprisingly strong, this car still moves.
Front-end needs work, steering is stiff.
Needs headliner
T-Tops are missing levers to remove.
No rust, undercarriage is clean.
Check engine light is on, EVAP (i think it was) issues
Low Oil light occasionally shows, but oil pressure never drops below normal level, and levels never drop either, so not sure what the issue is there.
Diver side window doesn't close entirely unless door is opened slightly while closing.
This has been my daily driver for a little over six months now, and while it does have it's issues, it is entirely adequate as a daily driver. I'm selling to buy a motorcycle, and because I don't have the will to spend the money or time to restore it to it's full potential.
