  2. Lookin good! BTW what kind of intake manifold is that on the motor you pulled out? Do you still have it?
  3. Or people can just make them themselves. Its a rather simple design. Make a template of the bolt holes and get it cut out be a machine shop (plasma or oxy/cet.) smooth out the edges and drill your own holes, but some bar and weld it together.
  4. Did you ever try flipping the switch? Maybe it was just in the kill position..
  5. Im guessing it wouldnt be just a simple bolt up thing.. Unless the turbo Borg Warner T5 has a similar bolt pattern as the t56. I saw a Z on craigslist that advertised a 6 speed. Im not sure if he was stupid or if it was the t56. One thing you have to condsider with the t56 is the very high ratios. What are your plans for the motor. HP goals? Id your rear end is the 3.36 your looking at ~45 mph at 5600 in first. Maybe a ka swap, jeffs done it but Im not sure on ratios. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=98875
  6. Price probably. Although the molded seem to fit better from pics I see they tend to be a little pricier.

  8. His entire interior is custom made. I have all my carpet in now and its quite nice.
  9. So would it be safe to buy the eibachs from MSA and then a set of struts off ebay? Or should I look at getting the whole set off ebay? From what the bay auction says there designed to work together (springs/struts) but if the eibachs will work as well I could save some money. Thanks
  10. Thanks, as of now my car is only about 75 lbs heavier than the coupe. I also wont be taking passengers around that often, esspecially autoxing or track days. So would I be safe to get springs meant for the coupe? MSA has a set on sale for nearly half off, if I can make those work Id get them.   11. I just noticed that both the na and turbo injectors are a46-00.. why is that wouldnt they have seperate parts #'s?
  12. Well the turbos are a46-00. Actually just checked a set of na green tops and they also say a46-00... Ill have to look into that.

  15. Well I thought they all had the layer of teflon... Im not sure if im going to use one seeing that not many people have posted any/good results from them. And its just extra money, for the same price I could turn up the boost a notch to get alot more power.

  18. Without giving all the info away without you searching which is going out of style now days. Block off your radiator opening (search to know how), install hood or fender vents (search to see what works), lower car, install flares, vg, and bre spoiler. From what Ive read youll have a pretty well balanced car.
  19. Yeah I know their expensive. How about some kind of throttle body. Then you could use the choke cable to open and close it.
  20. Yeah megasquirt will really help as you get around the 300hp level. Also what parts do you have available in Europe? I have a good link in my sig for turbo info....
  21. The drip rails are just the roof skin and the side panels crimped together to make an edge. Their structural because it gives the edges of the roof rigidity.
