Ive got a system that bolts to our 280z front air dam. It ducts from the openings on the air dam to am aluminum box that bolts to the fenders in the wheel well, that in turn distributes the air to both sides of the inner rotor. The setup stays together intact 24/7, no problems. Anyone want pics of our setup?

It could be something small like a wrong connection. When i got my current 79, the dash/brake light fuse kept blowing because the previous owner connected 2 wires inside the glovebox incorrectly, go figure.

Yes i did buy a full setup already modified to drop into a Z, (engine, 4 speed trans w/modified bellhousing, carb which is a regular square bore holley!, etc). I havent had much time to work on it, im still fiddling with these inline 6's believe it or not.... I have 2 major concerns about this build up. 1) Im worried i wont be able to find parts to rebuild this engine. (gaskets and seals, rings, etc) 2)The v8 starter is on the left side of the engine, making it on the drivers side of US imported Z's. I can make my way to the garage this week to take pics, its been very busy around here lately! I havent had time to even change my shocks!

I apologize for being so untactful and arrogant. I do not mean any harm whatsoever, and i didnt. It was meant to be friendly constructive criticism. I wasnt calling anyone names, pointing out anything personal, i was just referring to the fact that grumpy's posts would view better in the correct forums. Some of you dont like the ways i worded myself, and some of you would like to tell me whats really on your mind. No i dont mean for you to leave at all! I meant for you to divide your posts up by topic so they can be viewed by all! Lots of us that dont have chevy v8's have tents and might wanna participate in a discussion like this. 8) posting about a tent hardly qualifies as a Chevy V8 project.

We are starting a ford 302 5.0 installation in my 79 in a few months. How does the 5.0 out of an early 90's mustang rev? Anyone got some numbers on a stock engine, or slightly modified (headers, intake, etc)? Any breathing restrictions that would keep me away from this engine?

I have this 94 Pontiac TransPort minivan. When we got it, it ran ok. When i say ok, i mean it ran kinda rough, but it did run. Lately, it got super rough, like it sputters on 4-5 cylinders. The check engine light is on. It sputters at low rpms, like when its in overdrive on the hwy, 1-2k rpms. When i open the throttle a little more, it seems to smoothen out. Engine is 3.8 SFI, with coil packs instead of distibutor. and it stinks from the tailpipe....

I have a telescope. The main reason for me having it, is that i live right in downtown Long Beach, on the 4th floor of a condo complex, right across the courtyard from a 15 story apartment complex. Sometimes you can watch an apartment party wind down, and the last few couples are drunk, and wild. Women walk around naked, with their balcony doors and windows wide open. They think nobody is looking....... Hey, my lady enjoys watching also, its all natural human curiousity!

Thank god i use yahoo for all my web based emails. Today alone, ive recieved 2 emails containing viruses. They were from users on HybridZ. kc6wfs@ nitrophotos.com and petezcar@ aol.com Dont know whats going on, check your email programs and do some virus scans.
